It was good. Everything went well.

It was all four tires so it was pretty expensive. I shopped around and found the one that was least expensive. I took it in. They were pretty responsive. They took it right in. They are very good. The workers were very good. My experience was very good.

Very well. Service was great! They even was my hub caps so the tires would look nice. So very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the tires.

The reason I go back there is because I have a package deal where about tires a little over a year ago and so I would like get an automatic tire rotation. I would go back there until my 3 years is up. They do a good job and they tell you what to expect and they listen to whenever you would have problems or you will say they have to check this. They will check the wheel alignment, they get it included in the package, and they did that for me and driving is better. I think they're pretty knowledgeable too.

My husband first spoke with Thom on the phone. Thom quoted him prices on several tires that within our price range. When my husband went to NTB this morning, he was quoted prices that were several hundred dollars higher. Thom told him that they have never had any tires as low as what he quoted my husband. Apparently these guys quote you a low price to get you in the door and then gouge you when you get there. Stay away.

It went poorly from the start. When they installed the rims on my car initially, they only had 4 rims in stock. When it was found that one of the rims was bent, they installed it anyways and informed me that I needed to return at a later time to have it replaced once they got a new rim in stock. They also failed to installed the hubcentric rings on the rims as well. Once they got the new rim in the store (a week later), I returned and had it installed on my car. I was informed that they would be installing the hubcentric rings at this time, but when I arrived, the individual at the counter did not know anything about this, and said they would look into it. They did install the new rim at this time. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, I called the store no less than 5 times to inquire about the hubcentric rings for the rims. Each time, the individual I talked to on the phone had no idea about this issue, but would "look into it for me". I never got a call back after any of these calls. In the end, I had to purchase them myself and install them. After 6 months, I went to have the tires balanced and rotated at a local shop. When they pulled the front tires off of the car, they found that there was an issue with the tires. It appeared that the tires were rubbing against the strut assembly and had worn a groove in the tire all the way around the inside edge of both front tires. The front driver side tire (where they installed the bent rim) was so bad that we had to put the spare tire on it for fear that the tire could fail at any time. When I took the car and the tires back to NTB, they would take no responsibility for the damage to both front tires. They indicated that the only reason that the tires were damaged was because the car was out of alignment. They had no explanation as to why the spare tire was not causing any issue - they even indicated that the OEM rims had LESS clearance than the new ones. They also said that if this was an issue at the time of the installation, that the tech would have noticed the problem when he took it for a test drive. The test drive never occurred. They also indicated that I had bent the new rim, which would explain the damage as well. I had the rim taken to another shop to "straighten" it, but they indicated it was simply from rubbing a curb, and the rim was not bent. Because they had something they could point to - the car being out of alignment - they refused to warrant any of the damage to the tires. They repeated blamed me for everything that was wrong, even when I brought up valid points as to why that was not true. They simply repeated the same line about it being out of alignment as the only reason why the damage occurred. They refused to reimburse me for the hubcentric rings I had to purchase even though they are supposed to come with the rims, and in general told me that they would do nothing for me except to install new tires at full price after I got the car aligned. In the end, all they seemed to care about was the money that I paid them already, and no regard to any type of customer service.

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT QUICKLY. AFTER DROPPING OFF MY CAR, THEY DROVE ME BACK TO WORK. THEY MENTIONED THEY HAD A DISCOUNT FOR EMPLOYEES OF MY EMPLOYER. WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED AND I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE.
