We had the car towed in and I knew she needed a starter. They said that it was $150 to do a diagnosis. I said it just needs a starter. They said that they could replace the starter but I should agree pay the $150 up front. I paid, they did the diagnostic, replaced the starter and said that was all that was wrong with it. Most places would give a free diagnostic if you get the work done. I can understand if they do a diagnostic and then I decided not to get the work done.

Their service turned out great. I got two tires and two tires free. It was really good at that time, because otherwise it probably would have cost me a whole lot more. Their quality of service was excellent. I got in there and got out of there in the time that they told me I would, because I had a baby with me and he was only about 12-14 months old.
