Nordine and Associates was founded to assist homeowners and small businesses with their construction and renovation needs. Our primary goal is to provide you with superior quality work. We are a full service remodeling company and have both a general home improvement contractors license and a general contractors license. No job is too big or too small. We do it all, from hanging a picture to building room additions and everything in between. Indeed, the water heater did produce very hot water in about an hour--and it sprayed it on the basement floor! I called Kevin Nordine back, he called the plumber back, and the plumber came back and made the water heater work properly. He explained that the water heater's long period of nonuse had led to this malfunction (sorry, I no longer remember the technical details). This time, he stayed long enough to make sure all was well. Meanwhile, I cleaned out the basement, and it wound up looking better than it had in quite a while.
Both experts were very polite and considerate.
"I was not idle at any time during the 2 hours I was working at this home. In fact, I was able to get a tremendous amount of work done in large part because I purchased 5 min drywall mud in advance to help give an excellent value for the 2 hours. I didn't charge anything for the materials I provided or the time to get them. Even with 5 min drywall mud it is impossible to hang, tape, and finish with 3 coats of mud in 2 hours. The owner agreed to finish the job instead of hiring me for additional time to complete the final skim and sanding."
