Following the enlarging of a Koi pond, a main irrigation water line was cut, with the distance missing between one end and another being 20 feet or more. First, New Image Irrigation needed to locate the two ends of the cut main water line (each were on opposing sides of the pond), and then reconnect the main water line around the pond. That was a job; and New Image was able to reconnect the main water line so the system was restored to operation. They were tidy and neat with their work.

I contacted the New Image Irrigation owner Alex Dela Paz by cell phone on 9/18.  Alex said he would be out the next morning.  Later in the day he called and said he had finished his other job and would stop by to make the repair.  They quickly found the broken line and made the necessary repair.  Following the repair, they restored the area around the damaged head and verified that the repair worked.  I have used New Image as my irrigation company for several years and have always been satisfied with their quality of work. Alex is very conscientious about calling ahead when spring start up or winterization is to be performed and always gets back promptly when messages are left on his cell phone.

I have been using Alex and his services for years.  He has done repairs and yearly maintenance for our irrigation system, and was the team that reconfigured the system when we had a patio put in. 

Alex has always been professional, polite, and very easy to work with.  He is willing to work with my schedule to get the services done, and has always educated me and answered all my questions about what he recommended, what he was doing, and why.  He 'upgraded' our system parts as needed to improve the integrity of the system, and has always charged a fair price for his time. 

He has been a wonderful partner over the years and I highly recommend his services.

Last year we had a leak in our sprinkler system.  They called me back within an hour, came out the same day and fixed the problem.  We have not had any recurring problems with that area since they fixed it.  We also had a sprinkler head damaged by the cable company.  They agreed to pay for the damage so we again called New Age.  They responded promptly again and fixed the damage.  When I sent the bill to the cable company they were surprised by how reasonable the charge was.

New Image installed a new zone, 10 new sprinkler head, relocated one sprinkler head and located & installed 3 new rotary sprinklers that had been buried as a result of the pool construction.  All work was completed in less than 8 hours.  Alex's team worked to fix a wiring problem that was caused by the swimming pool excavation.
Very pleased with there quality of their work and their professionalism.  I will look to use them in future start up & shut down of my irrigation system.
