First time we called the owner Michelle we thought it was our breakers only to find out AEP was "browning out" in our block. We called to cancel she was close she came on by to look at work we needed completed. We called and made an appt. for work. She and a helper were over 2hours late...we had another appt. Outside the home in another hour and a half they didn't think they could complete any of the work in 1 & 1/2 hours so we made an appt. for the following Mon. She did change something in the toilet that let the bowl fill up BUT caused the toilet to run 20 minutes after it was flushed! We undid that. I got a text later saying it conflicted with a doctor appt and needed to move it to Tues. we agreed. She said her gratitude would be reflected in her prices. Monday and Tuesday's appts.were at 10a.m. I sent a text at 10:32 Tuesday asking an eta I heard nothing until around 11:15 when they arrived. Her helper worked the entire time on trying to free up the bathroom sink and getting things for her from their vehicle. She did an estimate on garage work, fixed outside socket, and the breaker box(though some of her profanity could have been heard next door I am sure). She also put the toilet back to its long running mode. I told her we did not want that she was to put it back but didnt and said we should call Lowes and tell them to replace it something was wrong with the thing. They could not free up the sink without authorization yo take out vanity cut wall and pipes replace all for an additional 3-4 hundred dollars. I said no. The final bill was $498.00. I gave her my cc. She took down the info to run card at their office. I did text on the costs after I looked over the bill. She gave explainations that didn't work for me but I assumed it was what it was and left it. Later on I start getting texts and one voicemail threatening to take me to court, take legal action etc. I was shocked! I called the credit card company who told me the merchant was using the wrong security code. My partner left her a message saying to call us we would give her the correct code, that we never had intentions to not pay or defraud her as she had referred to in her texts that we "do not roll that way". This morning I received another threatening text(she had not listened to her voicemail) and my cc company says that last night just a minute before midnight she did put through the correct code but for just $300.00. (I am not sure why it was just for $300. Unless she is embrassed over her behavior or how she finally knew the correct code). Never one I am sorry. Just that she would NEVER want my recommendation. So with this I am not giving one but saying consumer BEWSRE! YOU may get good work...but you are diffinately NOT working with a professional and will pay too much.

He was precise and knew exactly what he was doing. He was prompt and that was important to me. The price was also very reasonable.

It seemed to go well.
