In an age where we should all question the value of still using agents when technology delivers so much information to us, Neal proved to be worth every penny. We sought him out due to being able to consult on design/construction when looking at homes and this proved to be extremely valuable. Neal's advice throughout the process was extremely valuable concerning design and renovation ideas, finding details out about the property we would not have known. There were also several hiccups throughout the process with selling our home that I would have had no idea how to navigate on my own. Neal had several tools at his disposal that I would not have had if I would have sold the home myself. Neal shows what a modern agent should look like and what value people can still add to the process of buying and selling real estate. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Neal's crew completed the work quickly and the fireplace looks great! The update totally changed the room.  The cost of the services that Neal provided were extremely reasonable for the high quality he provides.  Although we generally do our own projects, I would use Neal's services again when needed.  He's the best!  

I was very happy with it. They just did excellent work. It was well done and I have not had any problems. I did have a problem with one of the fans that they put in; they came back and took care of it. They do just about everything. They do landscaping, real estate, and they do remodeling. They are a full service company. They were really good on responsiveness. We had one problem, and they came right back and took care of it.

Neal has acted as my realtor on several transactions now. His expertise is amazing! He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. The best and most unique aspect of Neal and Nth Degree is his over the top expertise! He is a true and quot;jack of all tradesand quot;. He really knows the Columbus market backwards and forwards. Additionally, as an attorney, he was really able to help me when it came to any of the legal aspects that presented themselves (there were many) during the negotiation, purchase, and closing process! Then, as if all that wasn't enough, Neal has such vast knowledge from his own personal experience, regarding ideas on what to do and how much it will cost to complete any improvements we talked about after the purchase. I have had his company come in and complete many projects on my current house as well as in the past - from design, demolition, building new structures, new kitchen, painting, and decorating. Talk about a one stop shop! Couldn't be more pleased!

It was such a pleasure working with Neal. He helped find the perfect home for our family. He was patient, kind and so helpful with the buying and selling process. As an added bonus, he saved us money with our property taxes due to his legal background.

Wrong! I don't think he brought a single potential buyer to my house. What few that did come came from other realtors.I had only four open house time slots in five months. The firist was only about an hour long and seemed like an after-thought. There was no staging at all. The pictures Neal took of the house in early February were never updated so the beautiful landscaping was never shown. The description of the house was incorrect, and I felt misleading. I sent him a revised discription, however, I never saw it used. He also forgot to place the subdivision in the MLS listing. The few potential buyers that did stop by were unimpressed since the description didn't match the house. Neal was also horrible at follow-up and communication. I think I spoke to him for less than half an hour in the entire five month listing period. Thanks to his unprofessional actions I have lost five precious months in which to sell my home.. (He does seem to excel at promoting himself and his company).

He was great! Our house sold in 5 weeks. He explained things very well. He is also in real estate law.
