They came when they said they would, and did the work in a timely fashion. They were courteous, and they cleaned up. Their price was excellent. We have had to call them back, but it is not their fault. Their work was good, they were very helpful, and very nice.

Terrible experience. They called and gave the 1/2hr notice and I called back 20 minutes later to say I just got the message and was on my way home and when I got there, they had left and told me to call back and reschedule. I live less than 5 minutes away from home before 30 minutes had passed.

Came on time, fixed the leaky sink quickly then spent 20 minutes inspecting a leak in my basement. He cut a hole into the drywall ceiling and found nothing there but eventually located where the leak was coming from, which was a drain that was malfunctioning but had no solution on how to fix it. I had a plumber from another company come a week earlier but he could not even find the source of the leak.

I called Monday and an appointment was scheduled for Thursday. Mike arrived at our home and put on shoe covers before entering the house. He checked out our old toilet and the new one we had already purchased. He provided an estimate of $168 for the job. He replaced our toilet and hauled the old one away. Everything took about one and a half hours. I was able to use a $5 coupon that I had from a previous service call with Muetzel.

Shawn and a helper arrived on the agreed time. They installed a RUUD 52 gallon water heater, new plumbing, and a new shut off valve. They even moved the old water heater upstairs to the garage for the electric company to pick up. The old tank was very large and the guys from the eclectic company appreciated not having to drag it upstairs from the basement.

They had to come back several times. They were nice people and got the work done.

They were prompt and gave me a good price and did good work. They cleaned up and didn't leave anything for me to do.

The charge for a quote is $29 which will be waived if the work is done.

I have used them before, and we had the same guy this time too. He did a thorough job! Very professional. They say they will be here at 7:30 in the morning and they were. They honored their Angie's List coupon - every little bit helps.

Great! Muetzel Plumbing was one of 3 companies that came out to give me an estimate. Shawn Wardle was the representative who came out for the estimate. He gave me options on how to complete the work and listed the costs for each option. Costs were based on the work provided and not on an hourly rate. I felt he really listened to my needs, was friendly, and professional. The following week I selected Muetzel for the job. They arrived on time, were very respectful of my house during the work (left no footprint regarding mess and removal of large basement sink, I worried about my wall and door getting scraped). When they broke for lunch I went to the grocery store. We both arrived back at my house at the same time. As I walked up to the house with a load of groceries, I saw Shawn reaching in my trunk to retrieve the heaviest object and bring it up to the house. I told him he had enough to do for me today that he didn't need to help me unload. He said he was happy to do it.

The job went smoothly. The work was completed as described. The plumber was neat and worked continuously until the job was finished.

He didn't follow through with the written estimate like he said he would. Very nice guy but didn't follow.

They were expensive but good. I'm used to having things be less expensive though because I just recently moved here and the other companies in the area charged about the same amount. They were professional and they took care of everything.

They didn't push me to get the work done and were really courteous. They got there early and waited by the curb as they didn't want to knock on the door too early. He said that the work could wait a little while and it wasn't a job that needed to be done immediately. I just decided to put it off for a while longer.

Having used Muetzel before, I gave them a call. The guy on call explained possible fees and charges and said he would call before he left a different job. By the time he called, the rain stopped and I had found a temporary solution. I called again on Monday to schedule the work. They came out the next day and made the repair quickly. I appreciated the availability and flexibility of the weekend guy, and the quick response during normal business hours. The price was reasonable and service friendly.

The faucet outside is leaking again. The reason that I graded them a "C" in professionalism is, because they called me "kiddo" and they knew my name.

The point person was Shawn Wardle, who handled the initial estimate, which was given about 6 months prior to the actual work be conducted. He returned and revised the estimate based upon the changes in costs since the first estimate. All appointments were kept and on time. I was able to schedule the actual work within ten days of the follow up estimate. I received several follow up calls regarding the scheduling of the work and minor details of the contract. The crew showed up on time and all tasks were completed within one day. They cleaned up, inside and out, when they were finished. They explained everything in detail, were patient with my questions and very personable. I felt the price was fair for the amount of work, which also included a sub for the boring and the saw cutting of the concrete. Shawn, Paul and Joe always acted in a friendly, professional manner. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. I highly recommend this company.

Plumber suggested a video to locate the problem. The price for video-only was $138/hour. The price was $253 for the first hour and $198 for each additional hour if the cleaning/jetting machine was used also. After 45 minutes of video, only plumber stated that it was not possible to get a clear view. Jetting and video-ing continued for an hour and 15 minutes. At that point, it was found that the problem was only 10 feet out and the line was broken. Plumber offered to continue jetting but advised that more services would be required and suggested that management could provide an estimate for repair/replacement of sewer line. An additional 15 minutes at $198/hr was required to complete the invoice. After 10 days and numerous phone calls, we still do not have the promised email estimate or a decline-to-estimate.

They sent their specialist, and he was very thorough, good communicator, and diagnosed what I asked him to. He answered the questions about where the leak was. I've since found out I'm using 1/3rd more water this quarter than last quarter. They answered all of the questions that I had.

I needed a drain pipe rerouted in my basement and Muetzel came to give me an estimate. I paid $29 for the estimate. The man who came to do the estimate was very professional, appropriately friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. He gave me the estimate the same day.
