From the initial contact with the company, everyone was professional and customer-service oriented. Someone answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The technician arrived on-time and was highly professional and very cheerful. He gave an estimate and work done matched the final cost. Work was done within a half hour. When the on-line coupon would not work he was understanding and still honored the coupon. Overall, a great experience.

They service is always very good. They are a little pricy but the price is well worth the price that you pay. I would recommend them to others.

Joe Muetzel came out to look at the property and said he needed to get a couple quotes from subcontractors (driller and excavator). Joe never followed up with getting me an estimate.

I have been using their services for many years. I use their services because they are close to me and they have done good work. The people have always been very congenial.

Our sump pump stopped working during the spring when it was raining for days on end. I called Muetzel and the scheduler told me that they were swamped with calls just like mine, but they would try to squeeze us in as soon as they could. We received a call the next day that a crew had finished up another job earlier than expected and they could come replace our pump. We were worried that it would be a major job because our radon mitigation system was hooked into our sump pump well. The guys arrived and made short work of the job and installed a new pump that took right off! I have used Muetzel several times in the past and will not hesitate to call them again!

Our shower has been draining slowly for about a week. Finally, it stopped draining at all. We tried 2 bottles of drain opener, a plunger, and a snake - only to have the backup become worse when we used the bathroom sink. We called Muetzel and they had a plumber at our home that afternoon! He snaked the drain, got rid of the nasty hairball clog and gave us tips on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Yeah!!

The experience was excellent. They are exceptionally professional. The plumbers show up at the door and they immediately put boot covers on so they never track dirt in and out of your house. They give you the price for the work upfront. They don't tell you that you have to give them either cash or a check. You can pay with a credit card, if you are a good customer they will even bill you. Additionally if there is a specific technician that you like you can request them and they will send you that specific one.

I liked them because they were very thorough and they did a beautiful job and they were involved and they were very pleasant to work with.

The work was excellent but the price was what shocked me. I've used them before and it seems to have gone up a bit. The work was good, they were professional and timely, but I felt $360 was a bit expensive for this particular job. I think I would shop around for another plumber before calling them again.

First of all if you don't now what they're doing, and no one else is there to make sure that they are doing the right thing, you don't know if they're doing what they've contracted to do and that was a huge problem. A guy from a gas company came out recently and told me that the work I had hired this company probably didn't need to be done, and that the company had "got me." The company was nice to me, but if they don't do what they contracted to do it doesn't matter that they were nice. From now on if I have work done on my house I will have a couple of men there who know what's going on so they can make sure that the work is being done correctly.
