The tires are fine, but they didn't do an alignment as they said they would. In fact, when I picked up the car they told me everything looked good, especially my brakes which looked brand new. They should have, I only got them put on 2 hours before. When I told him that, he said they could have matched the price and asked me a bunch of questions about the work I had done including if they did an alignment. I said thought you were supposed to do an alignment with the new tires, to which he replied they didn't do it because they assumed the other shop did it, even though he didn't even know about the other shop until I told him two minutes prior. He told me to call the other shop and if they hadn't done an alignment, I should l bring it back. He also told me to bring my car back in a day or two to have the lug nuts checked.
When I did, a different and quot;fill-inand quot; manager was there and asked if I was really told to bring it in, or only directed on the paper. I told him both and that every time I have ever had tire work done I've received the same instructions. He instructed one of the staff to do the work, which he did.
I'm happy with my ties but I won't go back, not even to get the not completed alignment
I called Mr. Tire and explained what tires I wanted to have installed on my vehicle and that I wanted them installed that day. The representative called the supplier and had them delivered to the store within 3 hours, and the tires were installed that day. Mr. Tire was one of a limited number of stores that provided a rebate with the tire that I wanted and gave me generous discounts on the road hazard coverage and on the tires themselves. The work was performed quickly and without any hassle. The representative was very professional and explained all aspects of the work. I would go back for tires in the future.
