Late to show up, no apology by company or handyman. Charged an extra hour for trip to get one item that I was told in advance he should have had in his van (store was less than 3 miles away).

I feel they advantage of my 91 year old mother for $200. They were to come out and replace a board on the porch. All they did was shot a screw into it. I have contacted the BBB and it seems this company is use to that.

They showed up right at the beginning of the appointment window, did all they said they’d do, and did not go over the quoted price! My project was completed efficiently. He cleaned up with his Shop Vac at the end! Loved the service!

I had Mr. Handyman out for a quote on a recommendation and repair of a wooden deck. The person sent out was not knowledgeable on the subject so he took pictures and told me they would get back to me with a quote. This cost me $60. Two weeks passed, no quote. I called them twice (they never answered) and left two voicemails. They never returned my calls. I reached out to corporate who told me they would follow up. I never heard back. I called the branch twice again.. both calls and voicemails were ignored again. They literally could've wrote me a quote for ANY price but they'd rather keep the $60 and run a company name into the ground. Beware.

The installer called to come early which I approved and then arrived at basically the originally scheduled time. Worse yet, he had to leave in the middle of the installation to get a routine part he should already have and then charged me for the hour or so it took to get the part. Do not use this company.

they took a cabinet out and installed a dishwasher, Chris was very friendly, patient when answering questions, and accommodating when addressing concerns we had. overall it was a very pleasant experience. I dreaded calling at first, I've always done projects myself, so I was hesitant, but Chris did a great job and even let me suggest things every now and then. he. He was professional, courteous, and good at what he did. overall I'm glad I hired them and expect to bring him back for other projects I'm planning

First off, the written quote that I received was not entirely the scope of work I said on the phone. In hindsight, I should have reviewed and corrected the written quote to ensure the scope of work was what was discussed, I did not expect them to lie about the services they could perform. On the phone I told them, repair electric to foyer lights and two outlets outside, and to install an outlet for the garage door opener. I also said that the lights in the basement need looked at because there is a wiring issue and I suspected that since my husband installed a breaker and the lights were on it the foyer issue, and the outdoor outlets and the electric in the basement could be a breaker issue. The basement issue turned out to be the GFCI needed reset, and he stapled the electrical wire to light to the basement ceiling. We then went on to discuss the rest of the project, The foyer light and the outdoor outlets he thought were a breaker issue and at that point (2 hours into the 4-6 hour quote) he said he is prohibited from doing anything with breakers, he cannot touch breakers. He spent the next two hours saying, lets try this or let us try that only for it to be that there was a wire from the foyer switch to the breaker that was blown, and he exclaims, yea, I am not allowed to touch that one. Perhaps you should have called our sister company Mr. Electric. The company also removed their offer to do business from HomeAdvisor. (I do still have the email) All in all, they say they can do the job on the phone, give you different services than what was discussed in the written quote and then do nothing. I get they did **fix** the lights in the basement. (they popped the GFCI) but why give a quote on the electrical outlets if the possibility that the fix would require breaker work that they could not perform? They should have said that upfront. 4 hours in 469.00 later and all they did is use a staple and pushed a button on the GFCI.

They are clear, thorough, and reliable. It was an excellent customer service experience.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They charge way too much money for work not completed. They did not show up on time. They are an inferior company at best. I have all of the photos of poor quality of work. I would share them with anyone. Hire this company at your own risk. Too many promises made but not delivered. Had to get someone else to finish the uncompleted work. Don't make the same mistake I made by hiring this company.
