MORELAND BROTHERS HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Great guys. Came out for a roof repair. Lowered their quote after the work was done because the job didn't take as long as they'd anticipated. Also, did an extra repair where my gutter meets the roof for no charge. I would call them back for other jobs.

I found the pricing extremely reasonable. They did a perfect, wonderful job. I have an older home so nothing is standard. They were so meticulous about painting and even came back and put an extra coat on. Everything still looks great after the winter and spring months.

Moreland Brothers price was very reasonable for their work done. They did the job and it looks very nice. We had bought the house and it was a foreclosed house so the bank said they would pay part of it but it would take about 2 months before they would pay and Moreland Brothers was fine with it and very flexible.

They did a fine job with the roofing. The work was covered by insurance, but I had to pay my deductible. The quality of their work was good.

My Realtor suggested them when we first moved in. In the beginning, they did some roof repair work. After the bad winds last year, we called them out to do the complete roof job. They did excellent work! As a matter of fact, I am planning to call them again to put on gutter guards because I am so comfortable with them. Chris was very friendly, thorough, and very accessible when we had any questions. They did an extremely professional job and we are thoroughly pleased with the results.

The estimate was right on and they kept right on top of when the other mold crew got done so it did not rain in. They cleaned up all of the debris and got rid of it. They were within their time frame.

I needed someone to repair my fallen loose gutter. I was afraid it would break and then I would need a new one. I called around and several places said they do not work in the snow. The minute I called Moreland Brothers they were more than happy to help me. I called late in the day. The next morning, even though there was lots of snow around, they showed up and repaired my falling gutter. The workman was kind, efficient, and worked rapidly.

Excellent. We are very happy. Chris (the owner) did the work well, and he was on site working everyday. He was courteous, straightforward, and non-pushy through the whole process. He paid attention to detail. His work came in $185 above the written estimate, but when he gave us the estimate, he told us that there might be rotten wood that needed to be replaced, and that's the problem that led to the extra $185. He also did little things not in the contract without additional charge, like putting in our new doorbell and mailbox. During the process, there was a leak from the roof. He came at 9:00 at night, put up a temporary fix, and fixed the problem the next non-rainy day. He immediately agreed to make good on the minor inside damage. He was tidy and respectful of our property. He did a lot of work when the ground around our house was sopping wet, but the lawn still looks good. Our neighbors all rave about how our house looks now.
