Beware!! Karri and her son cleaned our house during the Christmas holiday. During the cleaning they damaged our oven by applying too much weight to it. Karri was immediately remorseful and stated she would contact her insurance to repair it. After her insurance denied such a claim they have not offered payment for the damage. They are no longer replying to my correspondence. I'm extremely disappointment with this transaction and will be seeking legal action.
