Very well versed in mold testing and knowledgeable in the industry. They were very prompt on sending someone out to my house to get the tests done.

Fantastic inspection. Very thorough. However, my biggest concern is the dining room which is now my room where I sleep in and work and being handicapped, problem on stairs. I have trouble breathing, and throat problems congestion, and this bad rash. I am allergic to mold. There is a crack in wall under window where I sleep and also a crack in the bottom framing of the window. I have tried to put caulk in it to stop the cold. This is my main area of concern right now. The rest of the house is not the big problem.

The inspector that came out was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and even found some areas of concern that we didn't even know about. This report will help us in our legal battle against a landlord that has gotten away with renting out moldy apartments for far too long.

My experience with the Mold Test company, and then the company they recommend for mold remediation (BioCide Labs) leads me to buy into the bad reputation this industry has. Hard not to believe they are working together to maximize every dollar they can get from (most) consumers who do not understand mold.

Mike Ester did a fantastic job of not only testing, but making sure we felt safe, and educated. He answered all our questions to his ability and eased tense hearts! There was absolutely no push to do one thing or another. He was very considerate. We will use his services again.

They seemed to inflate the severity of my test results and once they transferred my call to a company which tried to sell me anti-mold products it raised a red flag for me. It was valuable to have the lab results in writing but I had to do my own research to determine how serious they are since I can not trust what they told me. Their analyst also never responded to my email where I asked him follow up questions about the lab report. Based on my own research about spore counts, there were only trace amounts of spores in my apartment which are not as serious of a health concern as they made it seem.

This company is a scam. Do not work with them. I had an appointment with this company at a condo that I rent out. The appointment was at 10 am and they did not show up. I waited for over an hour, and called their office 7 times with no answer. I left 5 voice messages and they still never called back. Eventually, I went home (20 min drive). As soon as I got to my front door, the technician called me and said he was running late, but would be there in 15 mins... so I drove back. The technician was very nice and professional. He did his work and left. I was supposed to get a call about the results but still have not. And they don t answer their phones... so I spent $300 on nothing. This is a scam.

He was very nice. I didn't feel like I was being "tricked". Explained things that he was doing. He sent me pictures of who was going to be coming. He even gave me a description the vehicle coming. I felt comfortable with who was coming out.

Mike was wonderful! Very kind, and super professional. He explained in great detail what he was doing, and was very respectful of my home.
