This is the 2nd time we've recently used Mitchell Lock for re-keying of a foreclosed property. Like last time, everything went exactly as planned. Easy to schedule, they got us in very quickly. Technicians called ahead just as promised, performed work without any issues and knew exactly what to do. They had a team of 2 people this time, and got it all done in far less time than expected. Both techs were polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them again, and we will continue to call them. We highly recommend calling them for any locksmith needs.

I have used them two or three time in the past. I found them on Angie's List. They are professional, prompt and do good work. I will use them again in the future.

I'm moving and the realtor placed a lockbox on the door. The lockbox must have been too heavy as it broke the door so that it wouldn't open. I called Mitchell Lock on Sunday and he returned my call right away. He quoted me $142.00 for emergency service and said I would be better waitin until Monday. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to come out right away. The individual was very polite, professional and clean. He cleaned up all the debris from the old lock. I was very impressed with them having never used them and finding them in the phone book.

They were very professional and helpful. The locksmith explained exactly what he would be doing and showed me the process. He left me with multiple keys for the new locks and drove back an hour later when one of the mechanisms slipped and the lock didn't work for me. I would highly recommend this company!
