Bryant high efficacy furnace 95%, thought i was buying the best after three trips to fix a code they determined that the heat exchangers were faulty and needed replaced, Bryant covered the parts but i had to pay the labor + (7 hours of work) was 1500. dollars. i would understand being responsible for the labor if it was flooded or an electrical issue that cause the parts to go bad. The technician came out 12/18/20 to install the parts, he finished and the furnace was running fine, i went down to do a load of clothes and found that the glass on my LG washer was shattered the only one who could have done this was the technician, I will never us them again if you do good luck you may need it.

The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. They did a good job installing. There was a small issue with the installation. They came out right away and fixed it. The installers were knowledgeable, courteous. The office administration were very helpful. Up to this date customer service is excellent.

This is a family owned business that cares about their product and their customers.This company is very knowledgable and professional. They completed all jobs that were agreed upon in the contract at the price they said they were going to do it. They installed a furnace and a hot water tank. If they found an additional task to be completed that wasn't in the contract they completed it at no extra charge. I will be using this company again. They even do roofs. I wish I would have known that two years ago when I had mine roof replaced.

Technician was great, very nice, took his time, however, the water tank was not drained. I forgot to mention it as part of the service while he was there. Emailed the company later to let them know and they did not address it. Would likely not use again

Install went very well. I set up a door code and installers came and finished the job without any need for me to be there. I came home to a warm house!

I had a problem with the humidifier on my furnace. I have used Midwest for my HVAC system for several years and their preferred customer program is great! The service tech; Robert diagnosed the problem with voltage coming from the furnace that wasn't enabling the humidifier to work. He said that he could replace the circuit board, but there would be a good expense to it, so after further testing he found a poor connection in the wiring. He replaced a connection, tested the unit and had it working great before he left. I liked that he brought parts with him that could have been the issue so he could replace them, but wasn't there to simply replace parts. He troubleshooted the issue and came up with an inexpensive repair.

They did an outstanding job. They were excellent. He was excellent. He explained everything he did as he wrote it down in his pad and it was very, very thorough. I’ve never had as good of a check-up that that guy from that company did. I would recommend them to anybody without any reservations. He was a great guy. He did an excellent routine that he went through. I was really impressed. It was a very good deal. He is my guy from now on. He just went through a whole series of checking different parts. He had a list of like 8 or 10 things on his pad that he was writing down as he told me what he was doing which I really appreciated. I think that’s the first time that have taken the trouble to explain to a poor consumer what he was up to.

I have a service contract with this company and am always pleased with the service they provide. Tanzell recently checked my heating system and it couldn't have gone better. He was a little late (due to problem at another customer's home) but Donna called me to let me know about the delay. I know/understand those things happen and really appreciated the phone call. I will be renewing my contract with them.
