It went very well. While I was waiting on my car they shuttled me to my home and picked me back up when it was finished.

The work was handled efficiently and effectively.

These guys were very knowledgeable. They sold me a tire at a reasonable price, performed the service quickly and were very professional.

They said I needed new front rotors, but my brake pads were in OK shape. The estimate was around 300 dollars including 2 new rotors at $60 a piece. I asked if the rotors could be resurfaced instead of being replaced. They said that they were 'below specs' and needed to be replaced. This was more than I wanted to pay at the time, so I called a friend who is good at working on cars and asked if he could help me put new rotors on my car. He said 'yes' so we went to the auto parts store and found new rotors for $30 a piece. The auto parts store mentioned that another auto service center will resurface rotors if they are not below specs and said to take the old rotors to this place before we put the new ones on the car. We took the old rotors to this place and, sure enough, they were NOT 'below specs.' They resurfaced them for $10 a piece and I returned the ones I bought at the auto parts store. It took us a few hours to do the job, but I was glad that I only ended up spending $20 instead of $300+. The only positive thing I have to say is that Midas was honest about the brake pads being in good shape. The funny thing is that I probably would have let Midas do the job if they were honest about the rotors only needing to be resurfaced. I would have spent $100-$200 for them to resurface my brake rotors including the labor of taking them off and putting them back on. In trying to pad the bill, they lost my business for that job and any job in the future. To top it all off, by the time I got my car home after the estimate, one of my tires was flat and some metal part was sticking out of the tire. It was probably a coincidence, but I have to admit I questioned the timing of it.

The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. I thought that they were kind of expensive. I would recommend them. They were professional while they were working.

THIS COMPANY BROKE OUR OXYGEN SENSOR THEN OFFERED TO REPLACE IT FOR $300.00. A YEAR LATER THE MUFFLER HAD RUSTED OUT CREATING A GAPING HOLE. IT WAS A LIFETIME GARANTEED MUFFLER. WE NO LONGER HAD THE RECEIPT. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY AND KEPT NO RECORD OF PAST TRANSACTIONS. WE FOUND OUT FROM ANOTHER MIDAS SHOP THEY DO IN FACT KEEP VERY EXACT RECORDS ON DISK.

NOT ONLY DO THEY GIVE FRIENDLY, PROFESSINAL, HIGH QUALITY SERVICE, THEY ARE COST EFFECTIVE. THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO WORK, WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.DK

ALLOWED COMPANY TO REPLACE MUFFLER BECAUSE THEY CONVINCED HIM THAT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY, WHICH IT WASN'T. ALSO TOOK 3 TIMES AS LONG TO DO THE JOB.
