About us

I am a self employed individual private contractor with over 40 years experience. I worked for 2 major Columbus Ohio carpet cleanng companies before becoming my own boss. I work with my 2 sons and use no subcontract labor. Licensing is not required in my work. Work outside Franklin County may be subject to a travel charge. Cleaning usually is charged by numbers of areas for residential and by the square foot for commercial cleaning.

They weren't too expensive. They went out of their way and did a good job. They even did a couple of extra chairs that went with my dining room table. They did a couple of those for me and just threw those in. They also did a couple of tiny rugs that I use under the kitchen sink. They just went ahead and did those for me. They went out of their way to do a good job for me.  

I called to schedule as soon as possible and they came that day.

On time,very nice,had to deal with two dogs barking the entire time,Mike didnot seem  to mine at all.
Carpet looks brand new. Being small business owner myself. I like using small private contractors like myself.

Mr. McConahay and his son did an excellent job. They were prompt, thorough and professional. When asked about how much extra it would cost to apply fabric guard, he gave his advice that if it didn't come factory-applied, it was a waste of money and that it was simply a money-maker for the installer.

He cut the price a little bit because we had to move something. We spent $70 on that work. He got the work done on time and it looked good when they were finished. He was very reasonable and got the work done. I would tell other members considering using him to call him quick.

Michael arrived on time and promptly started his work. The quality of his work is first rate. We had several stains that a major cleaning company could not remove, but Michael was able to remove all them in one job. We have relied upon Michael's services ever since. I recommend him to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned.

WE FEEL THAT MIKE ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE. HE IS GREAT AT WORKING AROUND YOUR SCHEDULE. HE ALSO DOES THE WORK HIMSELF, SO YOU KNOW THAT IT IS DONE RIGHT. WE HAVE USED HIM THREE TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM FOR BIG OR SMALL CARPET OR FURNITURE CLEANING JOBS.
