Meineke Car Care Ctr

We've had the vehicle for over 20 years and it was time for routine maintenance. The car is worth the price of the maintenance because it is so reliable. They were really great and super nice. I will recommend them and use them, again.

Their service is less expensive than the dealer, but they can be inconsistent in the quality of service.

Ron and staff very professional. Unlike other garages, these folks gave an honest appraisal of what work that needed to be done and only charged me for only work that truly needed to be done. Another garage told me I needed brakes to be replaced only to be told by these folks that my brakes were fine. Wow, an honest garage. Thanks guys. I will return.

Poorly. I found out I was severely over charged. They were quick, friendly, and did a good job with the light though.

I went to Meineke Car Care Center for an oil change because I had a groupon for an oil change there. The waiting room was old and dirty looking - not a very comfortable place to wait. Everything went ok until checkout time. My vehicle sat on the ramp for approximately 30 minutes or so after service was finished on it. It was during my lunch hour so I did not have a lot of time to wait around. When the clerk came up front to tell me my vehicle was ready he got a phone call which lasted several minutes. Once he was finally off the phone I informed him that I needed to be on my way to get back to work and he said ok. He then went to the back and spoke to someone. I continued to wait another 20 minutes or so until someone finally let my vehicle down off the ramp and brought it out slooooowly. No apologies whatsoever about the extended wait. By this time I was quite late for work.
An extra $5.00+ was tacked on to the groupon amount which seemed a bit much for oil disposal and tax.
I cannot speak to the quality of the oil change itself but I would not go back due to their apparent lack of concern for their customer's time.

AAA came out to check on my flat tire to see if they could plug it. There was nothing puncturing the tire, so they put the donut on . This happened on one of the worst winter days we have had lately, I didn't feel comfortable driving on ice with the donut. I had trouble finding a tire shop who was open after I got off work. I called Meineke Car Care Center, they were open . When I arrived I saw that they were VERY busy. As I hadn't made an appointment I figured I was out of luck. When I explained that I had hoped they would fix my tire, the manager( Sam Messina) went back in the back and checked with his employees to see if they could fit me in. That demonstrated to me that he respects the people who work for him. They were going to close in less than an hour. They worked me in, repaired the tire (something about the bead and the rim of the tire). Charged me less than $30, and put in on the car for me. I won't hesitate to return to this shop for future car concerns. I highly recommend them !

The gentleman that works there kind of manages the place and he is great. They were fabulous, very understanding and patiently worked everything out with me.

The dash board was ruined and the front frame was bent. My insurance company totalled my car and went after Meineke after the wreck. When everything was finished, I was out $2,000 for attorney fees!

They were good and told me what the other shop had done wrong. I appreciated their help.
