The most friendly, courteous, repair establishment I have been to in many years. Wasted no time giving me a prompt and professional estimate and diagnosis after going on a test ride with me to evaluate my complaint with my car. Explained the repair, showed me images online. Gave me a ride home and offered to come back for me when car repaired. Work was done as scheduled and owner Scott offered me a $50 online discount coupon when I settled. Mechanic Dave was polite and informative. The repair solved several issues with my car.

I have a handicapped-accessible van that has a ramp in the back.  The muffler and exhaust are custom-made, so I looked for a provider that specialized in these systems because I thought they would have the know-how to fix it.  They looked at it briefly to determine what parts they needed to order.  It took about a week to get the parts in.  I took the van in first thing in the morning and they had it finished before I needed it to pick up my son from school later that day.  It is so much quieter and I am very happy!

They were very professional and courteous. They went out of their way to check my car and provide me additional information on my car apart from oil and filter change. I would definitely use them again.

I do to this Meineke for ALL my oil changes. Thankfully, I have an '09 Honda Accord which has yet to require any service beyond the oil changes but they have always been very helpful. They also have a program where your 5th oil change is free! Their basic oil change is only $19.99 - I paid a bit more this time to have the tires rotated and fluids topped off. You can make an appointment or usually get your car in within a reasonable amount of time. What I really like about this place is it isn't just an oil change place. I have never been there when a customer off the street hasn't stopped in for a consult about some mechanical difficulty they are having. The mechanics seem to have been there for some time (to me that is a good sign that this franchise is a good employer). They also never try to upsell me on things I don't need. If I need it - they don't pressure me if I say no. I've also gotten windshield wipers replaced there in a jiffy. It's sort of tucked away off the main roads, but worth it when you find it! I think one of the most valuable things is having a trustworthy mechanic and this place is it!
