Description of Work: Sales person was excellent. Took time to explain, did not pressure us even when we told him we were still looking. The "B" rating for price is only because I felt we didn't get a stellar deal; however the price was a good value and very competitive compared to others. The "B" on punctuality was due to the fact they messed up the phone numbers for delivery and there was some confusion there.

 + -1 moreXcellent service. US made. Great pricing. This Eco memory foam mattress is pure comfort. If u want the knowledge to purchase the best mattress don't waste time on Internet research, as I did. Just go ask them. They are very knowledgeable about ther products. They were very patient and not pushy, as we made our choice of mattresses. Our mattress was delivered was ahead of schedule and delivery associates were very professional. This was a wonderful purchase experience.
