MATTRESS MART

The mattress seemed okay in the store, at a good price. The delivery went as scheduled. However, the quality of the mattress wasn't as good as what we've had with other mattresses. It just doesn't feel good after sleeping through the night. Instead, it's uncomfortable and causing me to purchase various toppers, such as memory foam, to remedy.

We found that the box springs would not fit through the door. They wanted to charge us an additional $30 to cut the box springs and re-assemble them inside. We decided that we would like to cancel because they kept tacking on charges after the initial conversation -like a bait and tackle. They finally decided they would compensate our troubles by giving us the original deal they were selling of $50 for the frame and delivery and no additional charge for cutting and re-assembling the box springs. We did buy the merchandise because we needed a bed and so much time had been invested, but we would not return and would not recommend others to purchase through this store.
