Description of Work: Bought a mattress and it was not comfortable. I went back. I had a different salesman who was more helpful with my needs. Original mattress was picked up and new mattress installed. I am very happy with the new mattress. I did have to pay another delivery charge for the second mattress. Delivery staff both times were very professional and on time.

 + -1 moreWe tried various mattresses and due to my low back pain was pretty thorough in trying all the ones in the orthopedic line. We finally chose the one we wanted and asked for an afternoon delivery time which worked out great for us. The delivery guys had a big job to do as we had gotten a king sized mattress that had to go up 3 floors. They were professional and excellent in getting our old mattress out and the new one in.
Description of Work: Salesman was so nice and informative about all the choices in the store and helped us decide which mattress was best for us.

 + -1 moreWe are pleased with the mattress and sales technique at this location. The delivery guys were friendly, but did not speak enough English to take instructions outside of the normal. They did help me, but only after calling in for an interpreter of sorts.

 + -1 moreTHIS PLACE HAD THE BEST DEAL ON THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESSES IN THE $400 RANGE. I VISITED SEVERAL OTHER PLACES AND FOUND THE MATTRESSES IN THIS PRICE RANGE DID NOT EVEN COMPARE TO THE SEALYS I GOT. THEY THREW IN A KING BED FRAME AND FREE DELIVERY TOO. THE DELIVERY GUYS ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB.
