Mattress Firm Morse Clearance Center

This is only the third mattress set I have ever purchased, but the last two buys were from Mattress Firm, and as of now, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It started out great. I made the purchase on 04/14/10 and arranged delivery between 4:30 and 7:30 PM on Saturday, 04/17/10. At approximately 9:10 AM, I received a call asking if we could re-schedule the delivery to 10:00 - 11:00. Even though I wasn't yet ready, I agreed and rushed to prepare for their arrival (take down pictures, etc.). By 11:45, no one had shown up or called, so I called the store. Chris answered and advised that my mattress hadn't even been picked up yet. He seemed reluctant to find out what was going on but eventually agreed to contact the delivery personnel and get back with me. Around 1:00 PM he called back to advise the bed would be delivered at the original timeframe. Fortunately, I didn't leave because they came early (4:15 PM) and when they got there they advised they couldn't remove my box springs as it wasn't wrapped (antique box spring) and that this was spelled out in my paperwork. Knowing I hadn't read every word, I blamed myself. The box spring still sits in my hallway. I re-read the paperwork, and there is no mention of this condition. So I basically paid $49.99 to have them bring my merchandise, set it up and not remove all the old bedding (this was the only reason I chose to have the items delivered).
