Mark Smith Renovation

After purchasing a new condo we wanted to remove the carpet from the bedroom and closet and have some type of engineered wood floor installed (needed to match existing floor in great room) before we moved in. This was a 6 day timeframe. Mark came in the day we got possession of the condo (on a weekend), measured the rooms and took a sample of the existing floor. Within a day he found flooring the was a very close match. He and his son then came in and removed the carpet and installed the new floor in one and a half days - all was done professionally and cleaned up beautifully with two days to spare.
We have had Mark to many renovations for us in the last few months - everything is done professionally and in a timely manner.

I received Mark's name from a good friend who had used his services previously. We live in a house built in the 70's and needed quite a bit of updating before putting the house up for sale. I first asked him to give me an estimate on remodeling a full bathroom, a half bathroom and a laundry room. He did all of this for $9400. The half bath needed the walls reskimmed and painted, new flooring, new vanity and a new toilet. The full bath had the tub taken out and replaced with a new tub and enclosure, a new vanity and new toilet. This room also had the wallpaper removed, a huge mirror removed - walls fixed and painted. New lights and floor were installed The laundry room was a larger job - pipes were moved, wires rerouted, walls and ceiling installed, new floor installed. Mark did all of this in about 2 weeks - he cleaned up each day and made sure that our inconvenience was as little as possible during this time.
The next renovation was in our kitchen - he removed the old cabinets and counter tops and installed new ones. This process only took 3 days,
