Maplewood responded very quickly to my request for a quote. They provided a reasonable estimate and had availability that same day which was great. They gave a good price for some additional trimming that was needed and did a great job. They even went above and beyond with the clean up, removing debris and cleaning the driveway and flowerbeds that were not part of the quote. Leaving my yard in even better condition than before they had started. Would recommend and plan to use them for any future service.

These guys were terrific. Great work neat and tidy. 2 huge trees came down and the clean up was intense but they did it and did a really great job. I would hire them again in a sec and will for my next tree project. I give themThe highest rating possible. Great communication before the job and went above and beyond for the clean up. Matt gave us a very good and competitive estimate; he and the crew arrived just when promised; they did a thorough job: and their cleanup of all debris was outstanding. The work performed included removing a 35 ft tree and grinding out the stump; thinning and deadwooding three other large trees and two additional medium size trees; and removing one large shrub. I would definitely hire them again.

It was excellent! The gentleman that performed the tree, cutting and landscaping piece were amazing friendly, and it took the time to explain things to me… the men that worked together as a team worked efficiently, and were supportive of one another. No one tried to get out of a piece or part of their work The next day, the stump removal team arrived, and again, the team was courteous, friendly, and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. My husband and I were impressed with how meticulous these teams were when cleaning up after completing the numerous tasks.

Maplewood was great to work with. They were very responsive when I inquired for a quote, was upfront and honest about the work and the cost. Unlike other tree service companies that we've interacted with, they worked with us on our specific request for the tree we need serviced and understood our need to keep some of the wood (when other companies we've worked in the past pushed a "all-service or nothing" approach). Would definitely recommend.

Maple Tree Service should serve as a mentor for other business! Customer service was superior and beyond expectation. Response to request was prompt. The representative was very courteous and proud of the company. Quote was given during initial visit and work date established. A follow up call resulted in the work being performed two days AHEAD of schedule. A large team of workers arrived and had the equipment needed to perform the work quickly and cleaned up all debris. Not only did they complete the work promised, but did additional work (no additional fee) voluntarily. Garden beds were cleaned, street gutter cleaned and a small bush trimmed as a complimentary service! Follow up from home office to verify customer satisfaction was within hours of the work. Kudos to the management of this company for their excellent business model.
