We had a damaged MAC laptop, that would not even boot up. No one could do anything with it. We could not get it repaired anywhere else. MAC Mobile was able to retrieve all the data that we thought was lost, and was then able to set up our new MAC laptop, load programs, and install and transfer all our data, that we thought had been lost.

I was very impressed over the phone with the responsiveness of the company and professionalism. I was told the price list over the phone; $160 - $60 for travel and a minimum of $120/hr. I was also told that most calls take about an hour. I was banking on about $160/ She was here for 3 hours and best I could figure out is she removed a bunch of malware and then started messing with stuff that I didn't care about and then she charged me for it. Anyway, I could have bought a new computer for that price. Unfortunately, as much as liked her and the company experience I can't afford to have them help me again.

We were very satisfied. We have used them twice now. They were very prompt with the appointment coming out the same day. She was very thorough and fixed the problems and even gave my wife some pointers on using the computer.

My Mac computer had problems with loading, memory and Safari function after a recall based hard drive replacement at the Apple store. I did not want to return to the Apple store as I did not feel I received adequate explanation or instructions from them regarding the needed steps to start using my computer again after I picked it up. I also liked the idea of someone coming to my house, rather than me having to carry an expensive and heavy computer around a parking lot and Mall. I was pleased to find that Mac Mobile had evening and weekend appointments since I did not want to have to take time off work. Liz came to our house and after an in depth assessment determined that the problem would require more time for assessment and correction than could be done that evening in my home. She safely transported my computer to their office for further work. My computer was there for several days as staff worked on it and the ran it over time to be sure that the problem was corrected. They stayed in touch with me on the status and progress so I always felt that I knew what was going on. I took advantage of their Saturday hours to pick up my computer, which Liz personally carried out to my car and secured it safely for me. The cost for the repair was very reasonable and I know had to be much less than the actual time they had to spend researching and discovering the fix for the unusual and complicated problem that it had. Liz was able to explain the issues/problems and how it was fixed to me in a way that I could understand. She also gave me suggestions for future use and helped me with an IPhone problem as well! I feel that the Mac Mobile staff are truly invested in what they are doing and seemed to enjoy having a tough problem to solve. I enjoyed working with them and recommend this company without reservation.

Our iMac's hard drive failed, and with no back-up for a long time. After making some inquiries among friends, and checking with Angie's List, I heard about Mac Mobile, called and explained the situation and that we really wanted to recover data on the disk. Lyn helped explain our warranty situation (which resulted n our getting the drive replaced for free under warranty), and offered to try to recover the data. She was not successful but recommended another local service who could do the warranty replacement as well as try to save the disk. We took her advice, and as a result, got the computer repaired and her colleagues were able to recover all the data we feared we had lost. I think Lyn represents the best kind of service provider - she tells the truth about her capabilities, about your options, and offers customer-focused advice to get the job done. I will use her services again, and will recommend her every chance I get..

Went well. I sat and watched as she worked on my machine. I asked some questions about replacing my older laptop and she gave good advice based on my budget and suggested places to look and upper limits on what to pay. I am very appreciative of her assistance.

She will work with my problems until they are resolved. She just doesn't say "oops it's 5 o'clock, I have to go". If she can't finish, she will come back the first thing the next day. Sh is also one of the most punctual people I know. She is really, really outstanding!

THEY GAVE ME 2 ESTIMATES, THEY COULDN'T GET THE POWER ON WHEN THEY WENT TO SHOW ME THE COMPUTER. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ANY PROBLEM WITH BOOTING UP UNTIL I SHOWED UP FOR THE TRAINING SESSION. THE 2ND ESTIMATE WAS FOR FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BATTERY. WHEN I WENT IN ON 7/2/03 THEY COULDN'T GET THE COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING IT WAS RUNNING WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF,AND WAS WORKING EXCEPT FOR THE DATE. THEY WANTED TO KEEP THE COMPUTER BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS LOOSE. WHEN THEY COULDN'T FIX THE COMPUTER I SAID PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND WE WOULD TAKE IT SOME WHERE ELSE. I SCHEDULED 3 DATES TO PICK IT UP AND THEY MISSED ALL DATES. WHEN I WENT TO PUT A NOTE IN THE DOOR IT WAS OPEN I SAID I'M HERE TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER AND THE LADY GAVE ME AN INVOICE FOR $192, THEY LISTED EVERYTHING THEY DID, THE COMPUTER WAS WORKING FINE WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN EXCEPT FOR THE DATE AND TIME. I HAVE BEEN IN THE ELECTRONICS FIELD FOR 25 YEARS AND THIS IS A "SERVICE INDUCED PROBLEM".

I WAS TOLD THE WORK WOULD BE DONE THE SAME DAY. IT TOOK 2 DAYS AND 3 PHONE CALLS WITH NO RETURN CALLS. I STILL DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SOME FILES AND SOFTWARE AND THEY 'WILL CALL WHEN THEY FIND A SOLUTION'.
