We had a damaged MAC laptop, that would not even boot up.  No one could do anything with it.  We could not get it repaired anywhere else.  MAC Mobile was able to retrieve all the data that we thought was lost, and was then able to set up our new MAC laptop, load programs, and install and transfer all our data, that we thought had been lost.

I was very impressed over the phone with the responsiveness of the company and professionalism.   I was told the price list over the phone; $160 - $60 for travel and a minimum of $120/hr.  I was also told that most calls take about an hour.   I was banking on about $160/  She was here for 3 hours and best I could figure out is she removed a bunch of malware and then started messing with stuff that I didn't care about and then she charged me for it.   Anyway, I could have bought a new computer for that price.   Unfortunately, as much as liked her and the company experience I can't afford to have them help me again.

THE FRANKLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT, CIVIL DIVISION HAS NOTIFIED ME IN WRITING CONCERNING A 'FAILURE OF SERVICE NOTIFICATION' AND HAS BEEN UNABLE TO DELIVER SAME OR HAVE THE COMPANIES STATUTORY AGENT SIGN FOR THE LAWSUIT NOTICE. ITS LETTER TO ME IS DATED 3/16/2004.

THEY GAVE ME 2 ESTIMATES, THEY COULDN'T GET THE POWER ON WHEN THEY WENT TO SHOW ME THE COMPUTER. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ANY PROBLEM WITH BOOTING UP UNTIL I SHOWED UP FOR THE TRAINING SESSION. THE 2ND ESTIMATE WAS FOR FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BATTERY. WHEN I WENT IN ON 7/2/03 THEY COULDN'T GET THE COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING IT WAS RUNNING WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF,AND WAS WORKING EXCEPT FOR THE DATE. THEY WANTED TO KEEP THE COMPUTER BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS LOOSE. WHEN THEY COULDN'T FIX THE COMPUTER I SAID PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND WE WOULD TAKE IT SOME WHERE ELSE. I SCHEDULED 3 DATES TO PICK IT UP AND THEY MISSED ALL DATES. WHEN I WENT TO PUT A NOTE IN THE DOOR IT WAS OPEN I SAID I'M HERE TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER AND THE LADY GAVE ME AN INVOICE FOR $192, THEY LISTED EVERYTHING THEY DID, THE COMPUTER WAS WORKING FINE WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN EXCEPT FOR THE DATE AND TIME. I HAVE BEEN IN THE ELECTRONICS FIELD FOR 25 YEARS AND THIS IS A "SERVICE INDUCED PROBLEM".

SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS WONDERFUL, FIXED MY PROBLEM DURING A PHONE CONVERSATION WITH ME. DIDNT EVEN NEED TO COME TO MY HOME

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB! TOM DAVIS, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND HE WAS WONDERFUL!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIM!! WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND THEY WERE HORRIBLE! TOM DID A GREAT JOB.
