Auto Body Work
ESTIMATE WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND ON PREARRANGED SCHEDULE. PICTURES TAKEN FOR PROOF TO CONFIRM DAMAGES FOR INSURANCE COMPANY. CAR WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AS PROMISED BY ESTIMATE. I WAS ABLE TO DROP OFF RENTAL CAR WHEN I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE. CAR WAS COMPLETELY POLISHED AND BUFFED OUT, CLEANED INSIDE AND OUT, LEATHER SEATS CLEANED, CHROME TRIM AND WHEEL COVERS BEAUTIFULLY DETAILED. LOOKED LIKE BRAND NEW VEHICLE, ALTHOUGH ONE YEAR OLD. INTERIOR SMELLED GREAT. THEY TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN RETURNING MY CAR IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION. THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT I AM VERY FOND OF MY CRUISER AND TREATED IT ACCORDINGLY. ONLY DRAWBACK WAS SOME CONFUSION ON THE PART OF THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY WHO SAID THEY DID NOT RECEIVE CLARIFICATION FROM M & R AS TO WHERE TO MEET ME TO DELIVER RENTAL UNIT. THAT WAS ABLE TO BE CLARIFIED INDEPENDENTLY OF THE BODY SHOP.
