I hired this company to fix an outside gate at my motherâ s house . Came on time and gave me an estimate. The work was excellent and will use this company in the future. Reasonable prices and the quality of work was fantastic. Highly recommended by me!

I hate to leave a negative review but I tried to amicably and privately resolve my issues with Luke to no avail. Long story short- Luke convinced me to not do peel and stick on my kitchen floor and said that painting the tiles would be a â long term solutionâ that he has successfully done it many times. I returned my peel and stick materials and allowed him to paint on his word. Not only did the paint not last after even ONE cleaning, he never finished the job (supposed to paint underneath the appliances). He ghosted my property manager when we allowed for him to come back and do repairs- did not respond to texts, calls, emails timely and would not offer any sort of refund. This took so much time and energy for us to ultimately tear up the entire floor and install LVP and be out over a thousand dollars. The photos speak for themselves - and his lack of reply to even offer a few hundred dollar refund is extremely disappointing. I 0/10 recommend using him or his team. Terrible work and terrible customer service.

Repairman was able to take on my project within hours of my calling. He kept me advised of changes in arrival time due to traffic and time needed to get the necessary parts. Once he arrived, the repairmen had the door hardware replaced within 15 minutes and was on his way. The repairman was courteous, professional, and thorough. I would hire him again.

First he was an hour late which I understood because of the holiday traffic. But when he didnt do that great of job chaulking, I had to go around and point out places he missed, and he was on his phone a long time while working I wasnt too happy. He was supposed to do all 20 windows inside and out and gave us a quote for that. I had to remind him of garage and basement inside windows. Then after looking at them decided they had never been chaulked so he wouldnt do them. He didnt reduce the price either.

First and foremost, the bid was for the exterior windows all of them and interior windows in the living room not the whole entire house inside, just the exterior windows and the living room windows. secondly we were not finished when you started pointing things out, we do a final walk threw of places that could have needed touched back up because of the product that we use sometimes shrinks so we like to double check when we are close to being done. and we allow our employees to be on the phone as long as work is getting done, he had a headset on. We believe that our employees have the freedom to be on there phones as long as the work gets done in a timely fashion and not creating a distraction. We are sorry about the issues that you have had and if you chose to ever use us again we will provide a 25% off discount. Thank you for using us and we will gladly make things right. have a blessed afternoon."
