wrong store, error Lowe's Dublin store -- it went well

Lowes people in the store, I love them they are terrific. I love that you can go in there and ask a question and someone in there will be able to tell you how to do, how to install, how to fix. Someone will know how to do it. The only thing is the contractors I cant stand. I did contact Lowes and the $35 you pay for them to come out and measure was returned, I didn't ask, so that was nice.

I have almost the same experience every time I buy something from them. We are talking about fridgerator, stoves, washer and dryers, microwave ovens. All our appliances we get from Lowes. The people in the store are terrific, informed they don't pressure you. I love dealing with the store. They sub out their deliveries and contract work and every single one, they come in to your house and tell you what they will do and won't do. This particular time they left the washer tilted and unbalanced in the corner. My husband had to balance the washer and dryer himself.

The window was reasonably priced. It’s pretty energy efficient. The length of time getting it was not the best. They didn’t come in as ordered in the time but that’s not Lowe’s problem, it’s the supplier. They mismeasured two windows. I found later I could have gotten somewhere else cheaper but they were reasonable. They didn’t gouge. They are not the most expensive and they are not the most energy efficient but they were okay.

We had problems from the beginning to end. So many mangers were involved, so many refunds issued, so many apologies given, corporate involved. The kitchen remodel looks amazing from top to bottom. That is the only thing that saved this review from getting an F.

The technicians that installed the storm doors were polite and courteous. They were on time and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. They explained to me the features of the door and even demonstrated examples. I would definitely hire them again!

My experience was just excellent. They are rather expensive but, the crew that came in, these guys completed their work in one day; they worked really very hard. I never expected them to complete everything which they did in one-day and it looks really very well done. The experience; basically once, when I went down and you know I said I was interested in having a fence installed, they had a project manager who actually came to my house and sat down with me and measured the backyard and then they sent a sub contractor, who was excellent.

They did an excellent job. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would use them again.

They were good. They were Mexicans and they were hard workers. Once they figured out what I wanted done, they did a good job. They did run out of siding but I think that was Lowe's fault.
