They are going to have someone install the blinds for me. It is generally pretty easy for me to get in and out. I usually do not wait for more than like 4 or 5 minutes. The staff there is friendly for the most part. It is just hard to find some of the things I need sometimes.

Purchased wood blinds throughout the house with cell blinds in the kitchen.  The staff at Lowes were very helpful with a very diverse product line.  We also had Lowes install the blinds and their installer did a great job.  Everything looks and works great.  Great service, Great product and a Great Price.

Lowe's claims that veterans automatically get a 10% discount. But that fact is not displayed anywhere, and the only proof accepted is an active duty military ID or a VA Identification Card, which most veterans do not have. Furthermore, most cannot now GET one, because there is an income restriction on VA eligibility. VSO membership cards or even DD 214 discharge forms are not enough. This is an insult to veterans. PLUS---I am not happy with the Spanish wording on the doors. After all, this is America... And why just Spanish? Why not French, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, or Klingon?

I have had a very good experience with Lowes. They are very prompt and they always call before they come out. They always warn me when they are coming out. They put things down to that they do not leave a mess and they take the time to clean up after themselves. The people who come out to my home are always very knowledgeable and good at what they do.
