It was fine, quick, easy , reasonable and I would recommend them.

Job was done the day I called and went smoothly, even though it turned out to be a bit more complex than usual due to some difficulty in draining the tank and correcting some previous piping. Jason was very competent and pleasant to work with, and answered all my questions.

I called Don Limes and although he was very busy with other work, he came to my house over the weekend because I did not have hot water for 2 days.  He was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing.  I would trust him with any plumbing work!  He knew exactly what the problem was from my description and had the part on his truck to fix this within an hour of coming to my house.

No problems at all.

Drain had broken below basement floor. Bad situation. Limes analyzed, proposed solution, and executed solution - re-routing the drain quickly through the overhead to the main stack. The work was done quickly and yet with great care. It will last indefinitely. This is the only plumbing service I will ever use - you could do no better for your home.

Competency, demeanor, prices, anything you name Don is the best around. He has been my go-to plumber for a long time and will continue to be. We use him for advice on every issue in our home.

I was in the middle of project to refurbish a utility sink in my basement. Progress was blocked by a washer hose that was rusted solidly to the wall valve. Plan B to unscrew the valve and replace it with new was equally unsuccessful.I called Don in the middle of Friday morning and he was able to visit early afternoon. It took him about 15 minutes to remove the washer hose. He was a refreshing change from the franchises that arrive with price books that often have little relationship to the householder's problem. Don will be first on my list to call next time I need a plumber.

He is super. He did a good job and he did it neatly. He cleaned up after himself. He fixes the problem for good. He is the friendliest guy. His prices are reasonable for the amount of work that he does. He is here when he says he will be here. He is very professional and kind.

Don came to give an estimate and found that the vent flu was totally blocked causing CO to build up. 2 other estimates did not discover this. I was presented options and within 1 day the installation was scheduled and completed. The unit was installed in a new location, new lines run and vented properly. I could not be happier and would use Limes Plumbing in a heart beat. The work was great, the cleanup was perfect and the price extremely reasonable.

I talked several times with the company on the phone prior to scheduling the service and found them to be very courteous and friendly. An employee showed up on the scheduled day exactly on time; he looked at the problem area and explained in detail all he had to do to make the repair. His work was very efficient and the piping job he did was neater, cleaner, and much more professional looking than the part he cut out!

Overall, a good experience and the kind of job that will get a repeat customer should the need arise.

Don came to the house on very short notice to assess the problem, did some research to confirm that his proposed solution would do the job, and then promptly fixed the problem.

Everything went perfectly. Don Limes was very responsive and came to give us an estimate for the work within a day of contacting him. All of the work was performed on time, which was very important in our tight timeline with other contractors. The work performed was excellent and the plumbers performing the work were very knoweldgeable as well as nice.

He was very personable on the phone. He was prompt on getting the guys, Jason and Jason, to do the work. They were very friendly. I have a little toddler and they were accommodating of him. They did a really good job and they worked really hard. They even came out on a Sunday morning to finish something. They cleaned up after every time that they were here. When we were shopping around for our bathroom fixtures, and we told them who our plumber was, they were all very respectful and kind towards him. They had a lot of good things to say from their side of the industry as well.

They did a very good job. They were prompt. They were well coordinated with the other remodeling. They were very professional. They were very responsive.

They hooked up sink, installed toilet, showerhead. They showed up on time, were available within our time frame with tile work. They even came on a Saturday. Of the three bids we got, they were the lowest. They did a great job.

I only spoke with Mr. Limes by phone but he was able to come up the same day I called. When I got home later that day after he finished my wife reported that she was happy that Limes Plumbing had been hired to do the work. He arrived on time, didn't make a mess, was likable, polite and professional. I was very happy with the work that he performed and felt that the cost was very reasonable.

Outdoor faucet was leaking significantly. I thought that the whole faucet would have to be replaced as I couldn't disassembly the faucet to try and replace a gasket. I didn't want to apply too much force and cause a bigger leak before a plumber could come. Don Limes did disassembly the faucet and put in a new gasket. He also put on a new handle as the existing one was cracked. Liked that he called when he knew he was going to be late instead of keeping us waiting.

He was able to tell me what to do about the problem over the phone and it cost me nothing.

I called Limes at 4:30 on a Monday with help on replacing my faucet. He was our house by 5:30 and done by 6:30. The price was very fair and I will use him again in our 50 year old home.

He is sensational. He is easy to talk with. He is honest and conscientious. He is a tremendous person to work with. He is extremely confident.
