Jamie knocked on our door a year ago and gave us a free check on our roof, That year our roof was fine. We had a lot of wind and storms come thru and I reached out to Jamie and he walked us thru the process and was always able to answer our questions and made it that much easier to get it done! Amazing service and when they came to do the roof they did an awesome job or removing and making sure it was very clean after that fact! If i have issues ever again they will be the first people i call and refer to for getting there roof done

Alex with lifetime Quality roofing and storm restoration was very knowledgeable and professional took the burden of dealing with insurance company claims. They did a very good job done in 8 hrs with haul away and clean up. Really good experience. Definitely would recommend.

Lifetime did a good job working with our insurance company and explaining the damage caused by hail damage. Once the claim was settled, they began work in timely manner. They first installed a vented drip edge that didn't match the house but Lifetime worked with us and got it corrected.

Lifetime was great. Jarrod was very helpful throughout the whole process and kept us informed. The roofing guys were quick and the roof was replaced in an afternoon.

Excellent workmanship and Quality looks great. Work was completed in one day and on time. Even with all bad weather that has occurred this with the rain. with the materials delivered early to site job was completed on time. Site manager kept me in formed on all material with the job. Overall did a good job. We were made a priority to have the roof replaced and it was done as soon as the weather permitted. Had a couple of questions and concerns but the inspection specialist Jared was easily available and addressed every question and concern that I had. Job was done in a day and the clean up was very thorough. Would highly recommend lifetime quality roofing.

We had two layers of shingles, placed by previous owners, and Jared was able to get our insurance company to replace our entire roof after some wind damage. We had tried previously, but with the two layers of shingles our insurance company would say it was not weather related and deny the claim. We were placed as a priority on the list and they were out within a couple of weeks to fix the roof. Also sent somebody out a week later to check the roof and then again within another week to ensure we were happy and had no issues.

Josh Sisler was wonderful and persistent. He worked with our insurance company for over a year for our roof replacement. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and the quality of service that was provided to us.

Excellent experience. We had wind damage that caused us to seek roof replacement. Jared and Randy were the reps we worked with and they made our experience very easy and kept us informed every step of the way. They identified the damage, dealt with the insurance company, and provided the insurance company with all necessary information. The best part was yet to come. The labor force who installed the roof was outstanding. They were on time, polite and accommodating, and the hardest working labor crew we have every worked with.
