Levi's 4 Floors

Very nice sales experience.  The sales man wasn't pushy and was helpful.  Found their prices to be better than Rite Rug for the quality of the product.

Yhey gave me an estimate, performed the work and I was pleased with the joj done.

I went into the store just to look at the carpets they had.  I ended up taking several samples home.  When I got home and saw the carpet in my bedroom, I returned for more carpet samples.  I did this 3 or 4 times.  They were fine with it.  They understood I needed to check it out and were very patient with me.  They gave advice and suggestions along the way.  When they came out to measure, my salesman did not pressure me at all.  He let me consider the cost and talk it over with my husband.  He figured the costs for 2 different carpets.  Of course, the one I wanted was the more expensive one and cost more than I had planned.  My salesman, Scott, gave me the pros and cons of each and just said, " I just want you to be happy with your purchase" and waited patiently for our decision.  Yes, I bought the more expensive one, but I love the feel of it under my feet.  I also went with color suggestions Scott made. I really appreciated the lack of pressure to buy and their patience and understanding. I'll be back.

The sales rep was great. I got on to the website and he came out with samples for me, which was very nice. He was appreciative that I followed through with him when I decided to go ahead with it. He was very helpful. I would recommend them.

From the first step to the last, this was the best carpet buying experience I've ever had.  I visited the Busch Blvd. showroom and Bill Harian helped me pick out my carpet.  He sent me home with samples and an estimate that I could live with.  I had a little sticker shock at first and dialed down my requirements to fit my budget.  Bill was patient and explained all the ins and outs of purchasing carpets (how your initial measurements won't be exactly what you must pay for). 
I was scheduled for the 21st of September.  Bill gave me a detailed list of items that I had to move before the big day.  It was a pain, but once Dave Alexander and his crew showed up, I knew at once that Levi's was definitely the right choice.
Dave and his team efficiently moved my items, pulled up the old carpet, Shop-Vac-ed away any dust or debris, then installed the new carpet.  What a professional group!!!  The finished product is gorgeous and when those men left, it was impossible to find evidence that I had just had major work completed.  They used installation tools I never knew existed.  Plus they were just nice, friendly guys.

These folks were so fantastic. Levi's installed a vinyl wood-like flooring in our kitchen and laundry room, but within a few months it started raising at the short seams. It very visible and irritating to look at. Levi's called the manufacturer in an attempt to have the issue corrected. After an unsatisfactory period of time the manufacturer responded and said it wasn't their fault and they were not liable to fix the issue. At that point, Levi decided to offer us a 100% credit for labor and material to install 3 quarter inch solid maple wood flooring with a distressed look. They did a PHENOMENAL  job. i would recommend them to anyone. They're honest and take care of customer service issues. We are very happy with their service.
