Received Sofa, Loveseat, and Ottoman. Sofa and Loveseat were fine. Leather Ottoman upholstery did not look like it was done by a professional furniture company. The seams are crooked, the corners are not square. and the leather is rippled. It looks like a pre-made slipcover, slipped loosely over a frame, then tacked at the bottom. I scheduled a service call to evaluate the upholstery. The young service person spent five minutes to determine that there was not a manufacturing defect and smelled up our house with his stale cigarette smoke odor. He said we would receive a phone call within a few days. Two weeks passed and there was no phone call. When we called the manufacturer, they said that someone called us but there was a busy signal. Our home and cell phones have voice mail-No busy signal. We brought the ottoman back to the store today and we were told that is how leather upholstery is supposed to look. How insulting! We have several pieces of leather furniture in our home and know what good quality upholstery looks like. We do not expect a resolution to our problem. The salespeople and manager of the showroom do not have the ability or desire to resolve the problem. The manufacturer has already defended their shoddy workmanship at the expense of customer satisfaction.

We ordered from the manufacture and we did have to wait several months to get it in. We are in the process of solving several issues with them. One of the chairs were out of line and they are in the process of fixing this. Everything was a good experience even resolving an issue with them. I would use them again.

The people were very nice, but the product itself is not great. It is nine months old and the motor is out already. It is under warranty, but they didn't have the part or anything. Clint, who comes out, is a nice guy and he felt very bad about it. I was going to write the company a letter because my dad has a lift chair and it was 12 months and one day old and the computer board went out. They paid $3000 for these chairs so they certainly should last a lot longer. They need to re-engineer the motor. If you flip the chair over it's nicely made and it's all hardwood underneath, but the mechanics are terrible. If the motor on my dads chair runs out again it's going to cost three hundred dollars. You spend $1600 dollars, you expect it to last a little longer than a year. The store personnel and service guy are fine, it's just the product. If they don't improve that mechanical part of the lift chair then they shouldn't charge that much. The chair is way overpriced. I would not buy another lift chair from them, but I would buy regular furniture.

THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY that had A SMALL SCALE RECLINER AND WE LOOKED NUMEROUS PLACES. THE CHAIRS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND WE REALLY LIKE THEM. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

WE HAD NOTICED SOME UNEVEN WEAR AND PUCKERING ON THE CHAIRS AND HAD LAZY BOY COME OUT AND RECOVERED THE ARMS OF THE CHAIR. THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. THEN WE WENT TO CORPORATE OFFICE AND WERE SENT A NEW BACK. THEN WE WERE SENT A NEW SEAT. THEY CLAIMED THAT NO ONE ELSE HAD EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THE WEAR. WE SENT THE SEAT IN FOR INSPECTION. THEY TRIED TO TELL US THAT THE WEAR LOOKED LIKE CLAW MARKS. WELL, WE DON'T HAVE A CAT. WE JUST WANTED THE CHAIR REPLACED WITH SOMETHING MORE DURABLE. THEY SENT THE CHAIR BACK. I CAN SAY THAT THE LOCAL GIRL HAS BEEN GOOD ABOUT LISTENING TO US BUT STATES SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR US. WE HAVE TO GO TO CORPORATE BUT THEY WILL NOT ASSIST.

I HAD TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE WE HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM AND THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN IN FOR A MONTH, BUT WE HADN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I THEN SCHEDULED A DATE TO HAVE IT DELIVERED, WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TODAY. WE WAITED AND WAITED, AND I CALLED AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE US ON THE LIST FOR DELIVERY FOR TODAY. THEY TOLD ME THE EARLIEST THAT THEY COULD DELIVER TO US IS NEXT WEDNESDAY. THEY DON'T EVEN SEEM LIKE THEY WANT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

YOU MAY BE ABLE TO FIND THEM CHEAPER BUT THEIR SERVICE AND QUALITY IS OUTSTANDING. ASK FOR TOM SLAGLE. HE WAS OUR CONSULTANT WHO IS VERY HELPFUL AND IS NOT PUSHY.
