It was a terrible experience. He would agree with just enough of what I said to make me think he was going to do it but then he would just do what he wanted. The bathtub was the wrong color but he wouldn't take the bathtub out and wanted me to paint it. I took out the bathtub and got another one installed by a more reputable company and found out that the original bathtub was the wrong price, so he lied to me about the price of the bathtub (I thought it was more expensive). Then I tried to get him back to fix the tile as the tiles were coming off the walls; several did stick but about 90% had no grouting sticking to the back, no mortar. The edges of the drywall were supposed to be seamed and he didn't do that, when I asked him about it he said the mortar would be fine to fill in the seams. Someone else came to look at the bathroom and said it will crack if you don't put the tape up on the drywall, which would lead to water damage. He also put a box in and he didn't water seal that, which should have been done. I had paid him half of what we'd originally agreed to. I noticed I had nothing and then when I tried to get back with  him to get my money back he was belligerent about it. Eventually he did end up giving my money back, and we met in public and it was a big ordeal. It just seems unnecessary. I sent him a certified letter that he never responded to.
