Fantastic. I brought in my scratched-up vehicle without an appointment at 11:15. Bruce, the owner, got right to it. After one hour, he had buffed and polished out all the scratches and reattached the plastic keyhole frame. The work was flawless and the car was as good as new after only an hour wait. And the charge - only $50! (I insisted on the $50; Bruce wanted to charge me only $20!) I feel very fortunate to have brought in the car to Lane & Kenny (after consulting Angie's List). I had envisioned having to drive around for estimates, then waiting for an open day to bring it in, and then again waiting for the job to be finished and being charged an arm and a leg all the while in the meantime juggling transportation needs. Instead, one hour and only $50 and problem solved.

I was impressed with the entire process. Estimate was done on first visit and visible to us for each item. Their computer program was impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The final result was very satisfactory.

Very good work but had to call back repeatedly to check on status of repair. Not a quick turnaround. Took two more days than initially promised.

The price was extremely fair and the results look great. All employee were professional and extremely competent in their duties. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends for any services they provide.

Looks great. I took it the day after my estimate with a promise that it would be done in three days. It was done on time, and they even vacuumed and washed it.

My car looks like new. I had requested a written estimate 2-3 weeks earlier. I was told to bring the car in early on a M or T and it would be done in 3 days. I called ahead on a M to say I would be in on T. It was completed by Thursday (2 days). Only lapse was that I didn't learn until I returned (on foot) to pick it up that they would've given me a ride. It was okay, I needed the exercise.

My '04 Honda Pilot had extensive damage due to an accident. The other party was at fault so I followed their suggestions to have it fixed by their insurance company's recommended provider. That turned out to be a huge mistake. When I picked it from the first repair shop, there was a noise coming from the engine that was not there previously. Marty quickly identified it as damaged engine mounts and said they needed to be replaced. The insurance company resisted as they said that wasn't a result of the accident. Thankfully, Marty had contacts at the insurance company and took the initiative to call them directly. He spoke to someone who finally agreed to cover the costs of the repair. Within a few days I got my car back in pre-accident form. Marty was extremely accommodating and seemed to be more concerned with helping me get my car fixed than how he was going to be paid. It didn't matter that we were dealing with an older car, with a low market value. He worked directly with the insurance company to cover the additional work that needed to be done so I don't know the cost of service.

They were able to get me in and start the process right away. They helped line up a rental car to pick me up at their location. The process would have only taken 3-4 days but they had a few delays based on all the parts being sent by their supplier. I stopped by one morning to review the work, we discussed a few finishing touches and they had it ready for me later that day. I was pleased with the quality of the work and appreciated the explanation of what was being done.

Repair was done in less time than quoted at the estimated cost.

It went exactly as they said it would perfectly. By the time I cam to pick up my vehicle it looked brand new as the day I drove it of the dealership. Lane & Kenny Body shop took great care of y car and appreciate that. I would highly recommend them.

They were wonderful. They managed to save me money buy getting a used car's door to replace mine. They matched it perfectly! You can't even tell that the car was damaged!

work done appears fine. What bothers me was that my truck was full of rust particles on the floor and on the drivers seat. Also there was a stain on the paint below the fuel door that I assumed would be repaired since the rusty fuel door was repaired and this stain was about 6 inches below the door and probably caused by the rusty fuel door. It was NOT on the estimate and I did not mention it specifically during the estimate (my bad). Dropped the truck off on 8/1 and picked it up on 8/10 (they told me it would take 4 days). For me this is not a big deal since I am retired and dont use the truck too much. Somebody who need it to get to work or needed the vehicle as their main transportation would be in a bind. The work they did appears to be fine. The little details that I assume ( again my bad) would go along with this job were lacking. This is a "work truck" not a "pretty" truck I see guys drive. I maintain this truck mechanically and don't worry too much how it looks. But when I spend the money to get it fixed I expect it to be treated as if it were a Ferrari. My money spend just like the guy who owns the Ferrari. I would hope that they wouldn't have allowed and expensive sports car to go out like this. I did not mention any of this at the time I picked up my vehicle since I knew it was something I could easily handle.

Everything about this provider is efficient and professional. They were so friendly and easy to work with from the quote process through to the completion of the work. They only had my car for a day and a half and the work completed looks beautiful. There is no discernible difference in the paint color from the area repaired to the rest of the car.
