They were good and honest to us. I haven't went there in forever. They serviced it up there, and they were always fair. It was always something minor, general maintenance, and we would buy tires. We would drop it off, and pick it up the same day.

They try to make everything as easy as possible. They have coffee in the waiting room and the staff is always polite. I always have a good experience when going to them. They are aware of their clients and how to treat them correctly. The repair was done well and in a timely fashion. I recommend going to them!

It was free. Their service department in general needs to be more professional. They think you're an idiot. It makes it hard dealing with them sometimes because they're not very intelligent.

It was very easy to schedule a service appointment as Krieger Ford's service hours are extremely customer friendly: 7am-mindnight, Monday-Friday and 8am-4pm Saturday. Brought my car in to have two recalls fixed, a full service "The Works" oil change, and to find the source of a loud rattle under my car and repair it. I brought my car in on Thursday evening at 6:30 and by 7:30pm already had a phone call letting me know what was causing the rattle--two tie roads and a sway bar needed to be replaced. An Alignment was also done. I was called at 8am Friday morning to let me know the work was done. It was easy to check out and the repairs make my car so enjoyable to drive again. The staff was very courteous and took the time to explain all the work to be done on my car.

I think they are fairly straightforward. They told us about the choices we had and we didn’t feel any high pressure at all from the service people. They seem to be friendly and customer oriented.
