Went great. I've been taking our auto body work to Kraft's for the last 15 years. They have always done excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan on taking any future auto body damage to them in the future. They're very good to work with and very competitive on pricing. They completed the service a little earlier than planned on the scheduled completion date which was greatly appreciated.

The Kraft family runs a first class auto body shop. They repaired our 2012 Jeep on time and exceeded our expectations. The car was detailed inside and out upon pick up. Most importantly, the work was completed below the original estimate! Bob and his wife are honest people with a great locally owned and operated business. They earned my business forever! Thanks!

We could not have been more pleased when we picked it up. It looked like a new car - literally, since they had also detailed the vehicle inside and out. I literally cannot see any evidence there was an accident - I have waited about a month since we picked it up to make sure there is no leaking after rain, paint issues, etc. Nothing - it is as close to perfect as I could have hoped. Also, on time (he said 7 - 10 days and I got it on day 8) and within the budget (though insurance paid). There were no slippery tactics, nothing promised that wasn't delivered. If have used Krafts for years. Small shop but the are c are artist. The back of my jeep had some rust. Replaced with new parts and the paint is a perfect match. These guys are very good and I'm a picky person but they have never disappointed me....Ever

Initially, I took my 1999 Jaguar to Rife's Autobody in Grandview for repair from a rear end collision. The insurance company estimated the repairs at $2,800. I told Rife's estimator that I did not want an expensive repair, since it could total the car. Rife's estimator came back with an $11,000 repair estimate, because the frame was damaged and they had to remove the floor pans to replace "frame components".
I declined the estimate and went to pick up the car and was told the estimate cost was $500.00. I asked why I hadn't been informed that there was a charge for an estimate. The estimator did not answer. They held my car captive for several weeks racking up storage fees. My insurance adjuster tried to reason with them, but to no avail. The $500.00 dollars was paid.
After the terrible experience at Rife's, I took my Jaguar to Kraft?s Body on Greenlawn Avenue on the recommendation of my insurance adjuster. I asked Kraft?s to look at the car to see if the frame was damaged as Rife?s stated. He stated it had not been damaged and did not need repair. Kraft?s repair the Jaguar for $3,200 and did a beautiful job ? the car looks great. I have taken several cars for repair and painting and have been highly satisfied every time. Great people, great company and great service. Highly recommended.

Car was damaged by AAA, front bumper was slightly pulled from body of car . Bob gave me a free estimate, date to bring car in for repair, Auto was a Acura RL. Kraft  Autobody  repair are real Pro's no BS about added cost or delays in service, price of repair was more than fair. Dealership was talking 300 plus .Frontline was 220 an wanted me to get parts that where needed. My Acura looked brand new when I picked up. You want your car repaired right then go to Kraft Autobody repair no joke

He pushed air through the tubing around my sun roof and got the water out, and we’ll see if that fixes it.  They were very professional, and very busy. I appreciate that they are willing to try alternatives to just replacing parts. He gave an itemized estimate on other work I want done, it was very reasonable.

Went great as anticipated. Bob Kraft does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it and does a quality job. Kraft's Body & Fender Co. has performed 3 different vehicle repairs for our family. They are very easy to work with. He has earned our trust & respect. I plan on taking all body work requirements to him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing vehicle repair work performed.

The car looks brand new.  There are no squeaks or rattles and I am totally satisfied.

We were in an accident.  We needed a new hood on the car.  He called to make sure the part was in stock and fixed the hood even though we had a short time line.

Bob and his team are great.  We recently purchased a vehicle from a Dayton dealer and the dealer needed to repaint the hood before we took delivery.  We picked the vehicle up and the hood looked good.  However upon returning home, we noticed some cloudiness in the clear coat.  The next day I stopped by the Kraft shop and spoke to Bob about the problem.  He indicated that it just needed to buffed out more and he indicated it would be minimal effort.  Having been a customer of his for several years and several events he offered to do the work at no cost.  We scheduled a day and time and he performed the work and the hood looks great.  Truly a "pay it forward" event for me!  Thank you.

Some one hit me in the rear. I dont think I would use any other shop in Columbus. Honest professional great work done when promised. Helped handle other parties insurance adjusters with ease. Great job.

The owner of the shop thoroughly explained the repair needed. Found an area that was rusting on inside surface that wasn't visible. Had he not done the check of the other side, it would have rusted through to the surface costing much more at that time. The work was completed on time. He makes a follow up call in 2 wks after work is completed to make sure that everything is ok.
