Delivery alright, but the delivery crew would only remove 1 set of mattress and springs, claiming that one set was unable to be sold or donated, leaving us with the burden and cost of disposing of it, which resulted in a removal charge of nearly $100. Store managers would make no concession, except a store credit, which is not reimbursement, resulting in a bad customer service situation. Would not recommend this furniture company for mattress or spring sales.

This was my first experience shopping at Kittle's.  Sales agent Mark Hawthorne was very nice, not at all pushy or hard sell,  very pleasant and patient (I can be very picky and indecisive), and helped me find the rocker recliner with all the features and dimensions I was looking for, as well as take advantage of all the sales promotions going on at the time.  I felt the $588 cost  was very reasonable, as it included $85 protection plan, $79 delivery, plus tax. (net sale price of recliner was $387).  Because I chose a blue fabric, it had to be special ordered which would take 4-6 weeks. This was fine since I wasn't in a big hurry for it (and I could space out the payment 1/2 down and 1/2 when it came in).   I was notified by email on Nov 2 (6 weeks) that my recliner was in, but I didn't get to call and arrange delivery until Friday.  It was delivered on the following Wed Nov 9.  I was given a 2-hour window of 10am-12N and it was delivered around 10:30am~~right in the middle of a heavy rain!  The two delivery guys were very careful and conscientious to keep it covered and dry.  Excellent experience from start to finish.  I am VERY pleased with my VERY comfy recliner (Comfort Craft Summit Rocker Recliner).  I highly recommend Kittle's and will definitely shop there again whenever I'd be in the market for furniture.

I love the peices I have, but the over all experience was terrible. I feel like they took my money and forgot about us; they clearly have better things to do than to follow through on the sale.

Salesman was very nice and not pushy. The delivery guys had a very hard job getting everything up the stairs and they did a great job and didn't scratch or damage anything.

OUR SALES PERSON DALE CARTER WAS THE BEST. HE KNEW HIS FURNITURE AND WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. HE WAS HELPFUL WHEN WE NEEDED BUT WAS NOT PRESSURING. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EVEN CALLED TO FOLLOW UP WITH US ABOUT OUR ORDER. HE WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND EVEN WHEN I WANTED TO GET MORE CHAIRS HE MADE ME AWARE OF THE UPCOMING SALE SO I COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISCOUNT. WE ALMOST DIDN'T GO TO KITTLE'S BECAUSE OF A FEMALE SALES REP THAT WAS HORRIBLE. WE JUST HAPPEN TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY AND RUN INTO MR.CARTER. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP AT KITTLES BECAUSE OF HIM.

OUR SALESPERSON WAS VERY GOOD. SHE DID NOT PRESSURE US, BUT WAS ALWAYS NEARBY FOR QUESTIONS. SHE OFFERED SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLIMENTED US ON OUR FINAL CHOICES. WE WILL GO BACK WHEN THEY HAVE ANOTHER EXTENDED NO PAYMENTS/NO INTEREST DEAL. THE ONE WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF WAS FOR 2 YEARS FOR BOTH.

SALES PEOPLE ARE GREAT AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR FURNITURE IS GREAT.

VERY NICE SALES PEOPLE, NO PRESSURE AND LOTS OF HELP. DELIVERY WAS ON TIME, CLEAN AND COURTEOUS.

WHEN ORDERING THE FURNITURE, THEY GAVE A TIME ESTIMATE FOR DELIVERING THE FURNITURE. I FIGURED IT WOULD WORK OUT GREAT SINCE IT WAS TWO WEEKS BEFORE A FAMILY GET TOGETHER WE HAD PLANNED AT OUR NEW HOUSE. THE TIME TO DELIVER THE FURNITURE ENDED UP BEING ABOUT TWICE AS LONG AS THEIR ESTIMATE, WELL AFTER THE PARTY. WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN? MAYBE, BUT ONLY WHEN THEY ARE HAVING ANOTHER GOOD SALE, AND I WOULD TAKE ANY TIME ESTIMATES WITH A GRAIN OF SALT.

WHEN I CALLED KITTLES TO REPORT MY DISSATISFACTION. THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END SAID IF YOU WOULD HAVE HAD US DELIVER WE WOULD HAVE ASSEMBLED THE CHAIRS. I TOLD HER FOR $1500 THE CHAIRS WERE OF POOR QUALITY. SHE DID NOT EVEN SUGGEST WHAT KITTLE'S COULD DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT. HER COMMENT WAS JUST BRING THEM BACK IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY. I LIVE IN LANCASTER AND HAD TO MAKE A SECOND TRIP TO TAKE THE CHAIRS BACK FOR A REFUND.

MANAGERS UNAWARE OF HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER (ESPECIALLY ONE WITH A LARGE BUDGET- I SPENT OVER $6000 ON 2 PIECES OF DESIGNER FURNITURE!!!!)
