I go back because of the individual hairdresser that I use. Everything else is good too. They're pricey. It depends on what you're getting.

They are great. I like the reliability, the consistence, the positive attitude of my stylist.

I will not go back to them. They were pushy with products and they did not do that good a job with my hair color.

I liked that the hair stylist explained how to do the same techniques at home, to have it look the way she did it at the salon. She gave me coupons that was nice and she gave me a couple of hair care tips for my hair, so she was telling me how to protect it.

I can't say that anything good or bad stood out from the experience.

I went to Kenneth's after receiving a gift certificate for Christmas. While I usually go elsewhere, I certainly wasn't going to pass up the opportunity for a massage. Everything went very well, and staff friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. Pricing is comparable to the place I usually go, and while the experience was very good, it wouldn't be enough to get me to jump ship on my usual hair care or massage providers.

The experience was really good. They were very professional. They did a consultation and measured the eyebrow to get the best fit for my face. This was my first visit.

I am shocked that this salon charges me $100 for highlights and won't include drying my hair. It would be an extra $36 just to blow dry my hair. I can't believe a salon would let a client walk out the door with sopping wet hair, which I do every time. I'm free to sit under a dryer but that's definitely not comparable, and I want to get home to my actual blow dryer. A salon is in the business of making clients look their best - when they walk out the clients are an advertisement for the salon, and I look like a drowned rat leaving Kenneth's front door.
My stylist is wonderful and she is the only reason I go back. I'm sad to say that I dread getting my hair done at Kenneth's. I am considering going back to my old salon, Michael's, in Dayton because highlights are $88 and include a full blow out. If my stylist at Kenneth's ever leaves I'm out too. I would definitely not recommend Kenneth's to others.

Kenneth's Hair Salons and Day Spas have several locations spread out throughout the Columbus area. I think they are very professional. I've been seeing the same hair stylist for years and I truly like her a lot. I think she has a lot to do with me going to Kenneth's Salon, but I guess since they hired her it's a twofold. They're all scientist and they listen to their stylist and what the customer says. They have their own hair care products which I absolutely love. I'm from the South and I actually have my friend using their hair products from Ohio. I was referred to Ali by my girlfriend down the street. My boys go to her, the friend that I recommended and her entire family goes to her, and my mom also goes to her.

I think I get a high-quality haircut there. They are expensive, though. They know how to do a good job with hair color.

I've been going to him for 25 years. I like the way my stylist does my hair. I will continue going there in the future.

I specifically see Shenna Shin, who is excellent. She is the reason why I go to Kenneth's Hair Salons.

I go there every four to six weeks. They have different levels of expertise there. Kenneth makes sure that all of his employees go to certain things to make sure that they are up to date and educated. I go to Simone there. She is one of the master designers there. She does real precision cuts. She is very good.

I have been using them for about ten years. They have a great atmosphere. Their stylists provide high-quality service. They are pretty convenient to use. I think their price is pretty good. Everyone is really helpful, outgoing, and friendly. My stylist always finds a way to fit me in. Her name is Sarah Elvin.

I have been going there for about twenty-five years. They are not cheap but they are good. My hair is hard to cut. They offer nail care and spa treatments.
