He did the first treatment in March and the next one in May. The first service was for $250 and the other one was $115. I wouldn't have used him again if he hadn't done a good job the first time. I had no problems with him. He was very personable and easy to get along with. He seemed to know what he was doing. The scheduling was fine and I didn't have any trouble with it. I don't have any idea what anybody else would charge for that so I don't have anything to compare it to. I actually called another person but he didn't return my call. He does two procedures and depending on who we call, they might do another one that's more invasive on the tree. There are different procedures we can use. He uses what he is particular to but if I call somebody else they might use more invasive treatment.

Dave Kennedy is very thorough and very professional. He responded quickly to answer questions, and set a time to look at the tree, provided lots of information on the best way to care for trees, provided a detailed description of recommended work, and prices in writing. Once we agreed on the work to be done, he was out there quickly working hard to complete the work. Everything was done to my satisfaction.
