KENDLE'S KLEEN & TIDY

The house needed a thorough cleaning (walls, ceilings, floors, bathrooms and general dusting).  Ms. Kendle worked almost non-stop for about seven hours.  Very pleased with the results of her work.

Our overall experience with Genny has been very positive.  Not only does she and Amber do a wonderful job, but they are both very pleasant and considerate to have at our house. Genny, the owner, is very thorough and a self admitted perfectionist -- she cares about her work very much, and it is evident. On Christmas day, she even dropped off some of her yummy homemade cookies!
We have been so pleased, that we will continue to use her on a regular (weekly) basis!

My experience with Kendle's Kleen & Tidy has been really good. She does a great job. I have hypertension and there are things I can't do, like strenuous stuff. She does the bathrooms, kitchen floors, and stuff like that while I try and straighten up my son's room. We divide the labor. She is very, very personable. I really like her. She has cleaned here three times. It is odd we get along really well. It is kinda evolving into a friendship. I think her price is average. I think it is fair.

This service cleaned for me approx 6 times, bi-weekly 1500 sq feet for $100.  My experience was that they were friendly and open to communication regarding expectations and service needs.  But as far as the actual cleaning - they cleaned around not under or behind so it was not really thorough - having pets much of our issue is dust bunnies that accumulate behind and under items so I was having to clean after the clean :-(  We also negotiated that she would bring the cleaning products but I found my supplies used after her visits.  She had trouble finishing on time - she was there after 5pm on occasion and the family had to hole up in the basement to stay out of her way until she finished - which was cumbersome with a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old.  In the end I just did not feel I was receiving the quality for the price - I have typically paid around $85 in the past for similar and even more services (such as also changing linens which she did not do.) After many talks and 'chances' I very nicely informed her that we should simply part ways and left it at that.  We never recieved our door key back which I think is very unprofessional since we en-trusted her with  the security of our home.

Genni is friendly and professional. She sometimes works with a helper, sometimes alone; when she has a helper she makes sure the quality of their work meets her standards. She has been willing to reschedule visits because of conflicts we've had, or move a visit earlier or do an extra one when we're going to have overnight guests. When she has needed to reschedule, she always calls to do so.

Genevieve is hard working and efficient; she does good work in a very reasonable amount of time. If/when I ask for additional focus on specific areas of the house, she gladly accommodates. She's also very flexible when I need to add a cleaning or reschedule around specific events. She is an experienced and reliable professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.

Since this is an ongoing situation, there is not much to tell. They come on a schedule, and clean the house, and we are pleased with the results.

We've been using this cleaning company bi-weekly for 7 years. We have been pleased with the services. We've also had additional services performed: basement floors cleaned, windows cleaned, wood work cleaned.

Everything has been wonderful. They are so honest and trustworthy, and I have never had any trouble with them whatsoever. Their prices are very fair, and if there is anything that is missed, they come right back out. I couldn't be happier with them and will continue to use them.

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. GENEVIEVE DOES A VERY NICE JOB AND IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. SHE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND DEPENDABLE. SHE ALSO POSSESSES GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

I had some problems getting ahold of her and couldn't tell if she had been there or not. Also, I told her specific areas to clean and she had cleaned areas I didn't want her to do. Also, she broke a few things in the process of cleaning. The work was done, but there were problems with communication. It was a very very thorough cleaning and she was very meticulous.

She arrived on time and was very efficient. I was impressed that she even cleaned out the toaster oven and microwave. Overall it was a very nice job and we would definitely use her again. If we decide to have a regular cleaning schedule we would ask her first.

We've used Genny's services for more than 10 years and are still happy with it. She works sometimes alone, sometimes with one or two helpers, and she makes sure her helpers meet her standards. She comes on a regular schedule, sometimes she needs to arrange to come on a different day, but she has reciprocated our flexibility by working us into her schedule when we've needed an extra cleaning done, or a more extensive regular cleaning. And when a desirable spot in the regular schedule became available, she offered it to us. As another report noted, her strengths are the regular kind of cleaning noted above. For things like cob webs near the ceiling, or dusting in less obvious places like the tops of curtain valances or tops of picture frames, we make a specific request and she's happy to accommodate.

She's real flexible and responsive.

She is so responsive and she was wonderful to come like she did and help me out.

I DISCUSSED THE CEILINGS WITH MS. KENDLE BEFORE LEAVING HER, AND HER WORKERS TO IT. I HAD NEVER HAD A TEXTURED CEILING BEFORE. I TOLD HER A FRIEND HAD SUGGESTED SWEEPING THE CEILINGS WITH A BROOM. I WAS CALLED AT WORK, AND ASKED IF IT WAS OKAY IF THEY DID THE OVEN. I SAID SURE(THEY HAD ALREADY SPRAYED IT WITH CLEANER). WHEN I WENT TO PAINT, I CAME ACROSS MORE THAN A FEW COBWEBS ON THE CEILING, AND CLEARED THEM JUST AHEAD OF THE ROLLER. DOING WALLS, AND CEILINGS MAY NOT BE KENDLE'S KLEEN & TIDY'S STRENGTH, IT MAY LIE IN THE ROUTINE, WEEK-TO-WEEK CLEANING. I WOULD HAVE RATHER HAD HER TURN ME DOWN IN FAVOR OF ANOTHER COMPANY THAN TO COME ACROSS THE COBWEBS WHEN I WAS PAINTING.

WE HIRED THEM TO DO A TOP TO BOTTOM CLEANING PRIOR TO MOVING IN. THE HOUSE HAD BEEN EMPTY FOR QUITE SOME TIME... WE ALSO UNDERWENT AN EXTENSIVE REMODELING PROJECT PRIOR TO MOVE IN. THE HOUSE, IN A WORD, WAS FILTHY. THERE WAS DUST, SAWDUST EVERYWHERE! WHEN WE CALLED THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A CREW OUT ON SUNDAY. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR WEEKEND... THEY JUST HAPPENED TO BE AVAILABLE. TWO WOMEN CAME OUT WITH LADDERS AND ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES. THEY WERE HERE ALMOST ALL DAY. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY THOROUGH. THEY EVEN TOOK BULBS OUT OF CEILING FIXTURES AND DUSTED! THEY DID A SPECTACULAR JOB. I INTEND TO HIRE THEM FOR FALL/SPRING CLEANING IN THE FUTURE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. WE REALLY HAD A MESS FOR THEM TO DEAL WITH. VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE. I DIDN'T HAVE TO "DO OVER" ANY OF IT.

GENEVIEVE FOCUSES ON THE WORK; SHE DOESN'T CHIT CHAT. SHE DOES A VERY THOROUGH JOB, AND HER RATES ARE EXCELLENT. SHE IS VERY RESPECTFUL.

I FEEL THAT THEY DID GOOD WORK- I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING BEING TAKEN CARE OF BY ONE COMPANY, AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ON THE JOB, WORKING DURING THEIR OFF HOURS, TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. I THOUGHT THE COST WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I MUST HAVE CHECKED WITH HALF A DOZEN OF YOUR COMPANIES AND GEN KENDLE WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE. SO I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HER AGAIN.

ON TIME, EFFICIENT, PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, HONEST, GOOD WORK, A PLEASURE TO COME HOME TO SUCH A CLEAN HOME!

SHE CAME WHEN SHE WAS SCHEDULED, AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK SHE PERFORMED. SHE WORKED FOR AT LEAST THREE HOURS.

HOUSE IS AMAZINGLY CLEAN! THOUGHT PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH, BUT THERE ARE 2 WORKERS, SO I SEE WHERE IT GOES. OVERALL, A GREAT CLEANING JOB, SUPER EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

SHE IS A LIFE SAVER. VERY RELIABLE AND THOROUGH.

SHE IS EXCELLENT! SHE HAS BEEN WORKING HERE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. SHE IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. I AM CRAZY ABOUT HER. SHE REALLY KNOWS HER BUSINESS AND IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. SHE MAY BE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT SHE DOESN'T LEAVE UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE! SHE IS ALSO VERY RELIABLE.
