Keller Williams Classic Properties Realty-Parrish

Our experience was with Chip and Sue Parrish and all of the Parrish team with Keller Williams. This is the second home that we have purchased with Chip and Sue Parrish and the first home that we listed with them. My wife's brother then listed his house with them. My review on both sides below.
Home Sale: Chip Parrish focused more on the selling side of our home in Dublin. Many agents say that they know the real estate markets. They claim to know how to price your house which generally means they push you to price a little lower so that they get a fast sale. This was not the case with Chip. My wife and I were impressed with his knowledge of the market, but we were blown away with his knowledge of the neighborhoods and streets. Both Chip and Sue know their business better than any real estate agents that we've seen, and we have real estate agents in the family. Chip helped us to stage the house, took photographer-quality photos that flew off the listing page and got us an offer a slightly below list price the first day that we listed on the market. This was no accident. All that we had to do was follow directions and get out of the way. Chip staged the house perfectly, knew what would sell, what needed to be fixed before we started and what we could simply let go. I can't see ever selling a house without them.
Home Search: Sue Parrish and Kristy Parrish focused more on the buy side for us. We have worked with Sue before when we purchased our previous house 12 years ago (which we also loved). Our family and financial needs have changed since then and again, Sue did not disappoint. Sue has that rare quality of not only being a sharp business person, but also being able to read people well which helped on finding what we wanted and negotiating the sale price. She is efficient with our time and keeps things moving. Kristy showed us a lot of different houses and neighborhoods which was really helpful. She was quick to make herself available and did not get impatient when we frequently changed our minds about what we wanted and where we wanted to go.
Home Purchase: Sue helped us to identify the deal and close the sale of our new home quickly and at a reasonable price point. She would not let us buy a house that she knew that was not worth the price or that would regret.
Overall, we have grown to trust the Parrish family and care for them dearly. They are a family that cares about doing business honestly and are laser-focused on customer service. I am not exaggerating when I would say that I would gladly hand them our deed and a power of attorney and ask them to buy a new house and sell our old house without us. We trust them that much and know that they have the integrity to do what was right by us as if it were their own money. We simply adore them and could not see doing business in real estate with anyone else.
