While looking at homes in Clintonville before starting a serious home
search, Mary Allen, a buyer agent with Keller Williams Capital Partners,
showed us a home as a favor to a seller agent who couldn't make the
appointment. Mary stood out among the other agents we had already met. 
She had lived in Clintonville for years, so she had an edge over many of
the agents in her knowledge of the area.  Even though she had no vested
interest in the property, she was brutally honest about the home she
showed us and she was able to get a feel for the level of commitment we
were willing to make in remodeling an older home.  As a result, we took
that property off our list of potential homes.  Two months later, when
we were ready to start our search in earnest, we didn't even bother
looking any further than to Mary to help us find our next home.
Through many long weeks and dozens of properties viewed and re-viewed, Mary's
patience, honesty, knowledge of the neighborhoods, her sense of our
needs and wants, and her sense of humor got us to the home of our
dreams.  She went to bat for us through the thorny settlement
negotiations, and she led us to a wonderful home inspector and loan
officer in the process.  As a result, our closing was downright
painless. We feel we wouldn't have found the home of our dreams without
Mary Allen.

She did a good job with marketing.  She communicated fairly well; but we are having issues with another company connected with the radon systems.  She referred us to them for radon mitigation and we are very unhappy with their service.  Other than that, Keller Williams did a good job.  Her response was good.

She negotiated very well for us. She was very good at getting back to us with information. The people who she referred were very good. I like their high integrity and thoroughness.
