KEF Renovations began work on our master bathroom in early October of 2009 with the expectation of the work to take 6-8 weeks. As a result of sub-standard workmanship, corrective action was required, which added time and cost to the project. We did not have use of our bath/bedroom until the week before Christmas. Once the project was completed, we discovered that the shower floor was improperly built and did not allow water to drain as it should. We notified KEF Renovations immediately of the problem with the drainage. He did not return to address the problem until March 4, 2010. He agreed to investigate the problem and estimated it would take three days to complete the repair. He removed the shower floor tiles to check the slope of the floor. Since then, he hasn't returned and fails to up hold his contractual obligations with us leading us to seek other professional contractors to solve the problem.
