 I previously had some water damage in my living room due to water leaking behind the band board on outside stucco wall.  This waterproofing application which I repeat every 5 years or so effectively resolved the problem.  Please note that I never submitted a report on this hence the 2006 service date for this report.  I have used this company on multiple occasion and I've always been totally satisfied.  There is a 10 year warranty on the waterproofing.

I spent $1800 on one job and the other job was about $300. The people that came and did the work were great. Blain Keck is the owner and he came out and actually himself and put the roof on. I used them about 20 years ago when his uncle owned the business and they put a roof on. When it was time for a new roof, I thought that they would be great. I had no problem what so ever.

At this point, the shingles are coming apart and falling off the roof. I made an insurance claim and my insurance company came out to inspect the work and stated that the shingles were not installed properly. They should have had 6 nails in them and should have been glued per the instructions on the shingle packaging. Since the shingles were installed incorrectly, I need to have the roof removed and replaced. I have had to pay for other repairs on the roof starting in 2006 as well. Keck's refuses to take any responsibility for the roof at this time.

I have pictures of how they installed the shingles. They are falling apart, defective installation. Some of the nails were not even in the right places. So now the whole thing slides down and it looks like a little wave. And it cannot be repaired as it is. The only way to fix it is to start over. None of them had any glue, etc. I hvae left several messages to get back in touch with him in regards to this complaint and I have not heard from him. I paid $2064 for the installation and I paid separately for the shingles.

They completed the roofing job in two days on our 2500 sq. ft home including the garage as well as new soffits. We had three estimates; they were one of the lowest of the estimates. They did a great job, they went above and beyond. We have not had any issues the roof since it was completed; it was a great experience.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY. NAILS ARE EXPOSED AND THE SCREEN DOOR WASN'T INSTALLED WELL. SEEMED SOMEWHAT CARELESS. THEY HAVE SINCE COME BACK, AND REPAIRED ALL THE PROBLEMS TO MY SATISFACTION.

THEY REPLACED A FAIRLY NEW ROOF. THE OWNER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY, BUT THE CREW FAILED TO CLEAN UP AFTER FINISHING. THEY LEFT DEBRIS IN OUR GUTTERS WHICH CAUSED RAIN TO FLOW TO OUR BASEMENT DAMAGING OUR FURNACE. HE DID PAY FOR HALF OF THE REPAIR COST, BUT WE WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID ALL THE WORK, DID IT WELL, AND EVEN CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THE GUTTERS WERE WORKING PROPERLY.

KECK DID ROOFING, TUCKPOINTING, SOME PAINTING OF TRIM. WHEN MEMBER NOTICES SOME AREAS THAT WERE NOT SATISFACTORY, THE WERE UNABLE TO GET THE COMPANY TO TAKE ACTION TO RESOLVE. THEY DID N'T RETURN CALLS ECT.
