K&S Hauling

I called Ken on Friday. He returned my call within an hour. He went to the address within a couple hours and called me with a price. He called me on Saturday when he was going to the site to perform the work and he called me just before he was done. I met him at the site, paid him in full, plus a tip. Honestly, he did so much better than I had expected. The place looks cleaner than it ever has. I was truly surprised.

They called the day of the appointment to make sure the time was still good for me. They had everything loaded in the truck in less than an hour (in the rain) and took the time to put the basement door back on. They hauled away a couch, mattresses, futon, end tables, table, pool table, cot and many bags of trash. This is the second time I have used this company and will call them again in the spring.

We probably rented 6 dumpsters over the course of 4 months from K & S Hauling. They'd call when they were on the way and we'd meet them with a check. The size of the dumpster (for 3 days) determined the amount of the check. Mostly we went with their "small" version. They'd drop the dumpster at the end of the week and return after the weekend to haul away everything we'd managed to fill it with. They were always pleasant, courteous and helpful. We were still tossing stuff into it one day when they returned to take it, so they let us have it for another couple of hours and came back for it later.

Very well. Kenny delivered it and removed it at the times he said he would. Placed it exactly where I asked him to.

THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY, GAVE AN ESTIMATE, WERE EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE, HELPED SEPARATE ITEMS TO BE SOLD IN GARAGE SALE, HAD GREAT PRICES, AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
