K and T carpet cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! USE A RESPECTABLE COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!! I BEG YOU NOT TO OR YOU COULD LOSE YOUR LIFE OR YOUR LOVED ONES!! The owner Mark came out to our home today and inadvertently hit the gas key to our gas fireplace. Little did we know and we were trying to figure the smell out. We called him to inform him what he had done and to rectify the problem and give us our refund after he had increased the price on us and we believed his word based on him telling us he was a Christian and attended church in Galloway at Cypress Wesyslan. He starred yelling at me on the phone and proceed to cuss at me by saying God dammit. I told him I was calling the local news stations and the BBB. You don't treat clients that way and lie. He was not professional like a real carpet cleaning company and we even paid him an extra ten dollars and he left black marks from his machine on the front carpet. He told me in a text message that we did not have to move the furniture and would use blocks to place down under the furniture. He also told me in a text message that if we did not like the cleaning he would come back for free and do it. He did not place blocks under the furniture, we did. He did not wear booties over his shoes, old work shoes. He did not come prepared he came with a leaky hose and we offered to help and he claimed he had to go back to the office. We showed grace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE OF THE FALSE CHRISTIAN SALES PITCH!! We have informed the local news tonight and we tag every review possible on social media! We just wanted him to do the right thing.
