SAME AS ABOVE CHASE HAS WENT DOWN!

well back in March 30/2007 we paid in full these home loan we suppose to receive few money back for the taxes and also the insurance we paid in that time ..we still don't have that money back. the time is passing and during all these time we been inside the WAMU/CHASE banks and we be receiving racist remarks and people call us in less of 8 or 10 days and nothing in all happens after 5 years nothing in all..in the point we have to be at BK chapter 11 ans chapter 7, also during 2007 a servicer from WAMU[Long beach Mortgage send small company name LTD to take pictures of our home to add it to a auction February 2 2008 I was hit inside my own home for these lady in my face and shoulders after we told her we have an attorney and we going to call the police she left I cathc her license plates and we open a police report during all these time be so hard for us to continue to leave in our home banks having services and WAMU/CHASE in the top of our credit was almost imposible to live.. finally in July 2011 we found a program under President Obama and a bank have to follow that program we have to contact with the bank again located at Coffee Road in Bakersfield.. nobody believe is the manager was high voice at the phone until we decide to come to the bank and show the proofs we was paid these complete loan after that we was contacting with the home lending executive office where is also another battle for more of 30 days and we still contact with them.. CHASE send us after they send the lien of release until July 28/2011 to the Courthouse at Bakersfield Ca..but is too late the damage is done our lives and credits was a complete h*** and we bless God we contact with different institutions and Senators to helps us in the way to don't become one of millions of families living in the streets and our home one of the many empty homes
