During the process we met I think 4 times and each of the time he was late by at least 15 minutes. He was even so late to our closing's pre-signing that he missed the entire thing
He was very difficult to get any response from. I would text or leave voicemails and days would go by before an answer or I would not receive one. Most of my requests were just asking for statuses or simple questions, nothing elaborate. He even said that it was annoying how I would call before he was ready to talk to me.
Overall I would say my biggest issue was his attitude towards my questions and his late of response. I understand that the sale wouldn't produce a large commission but I don't feel he should have taken on the listing if he could provide better service. Maybe I needed more "handholding" than he had time for and boy did it show in his performance. I wouldn't use him again and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone especially if they tend to have questions and expect replies in a timely manner.
